Villa in Porto Salé is one of our favorite houses with a pool in Formentera. Independent, spacious, comfortable, and with many cozy corners to enjoy the outdoors and nature.
It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is distributed as follows.
Main House:
2 bedrooms with a double bed.
1 bathroom, with shower and hairdryer.
Living room with sofas.
Kitchen nook, equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, oven, blender, kitchenware, dishwasher, microwave.
Loft, which you can use as a relaxation space.
Large porch with table and chairs.
Annexes 1 and 2, each includes:
1 bedroom with a double bed.
1 en-suite bathroom, with shower and hairdryer.
Private porch with a small table and chairs.
The house is equipped with wi-fi, TV, washing machine, and iron.
The exterior is the main charm of this villa, featuring various porches, tables, chairs, sun loungers, a Balinese bed, a solarium, and, of course, the fantastic pool with a wooden deck.

It is located just 1.5 km from Sant Francesc, the charming capital of the island. This town provides all necessary services: supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, renowned restaurants, artisan markets, and more.
The Port of La Savina is also nearby, just 3 km away, providing easy access to Illetes and Levante beaches.

The minimum stay is 5 to 7 nights, depending on the season.
However, feel free to ask, as we may have some last-minute availability.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and cleaning service upon arrival and departure.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due one month before arrival.
In case of cancellation for personal reasons, deposits are non-refundable.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Can I walk to the town of Sant Francesc?
The charming village of Sant Francesc is 1.5 km away.
It is a beautiful walk to take as a stroll, following the picturesque Camino de los Molinos (part of the green routes of Formentera).
However, it may be a bit far to walk every time you need to go to town.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Can you store my luggage on the last day?
The expected check-in time is around 17:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning cleaning upon arrival and departure, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are all included.
The Formentera eco-tax, a tax charged in the Balearic Islands, is not included.

This house is a great option for families with children, but keep in mind that the two annexed bedrooms only have access from the outside.
That is, if you want to sleep near the children (because they are small), you will need to place them in the main house.
