Wing house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private pool is one of our most charming houses in Formentera.
It’s ideal for families or groups of couples that are interested in the lifestyle that Formentera offers: calm, nature… and art!
It was the family’s house of Marc Tara, a great painter that was inspired there to paint his art. Wing House has a lot of stories to tell.
The property is distributed over two floors and an annex, as follows:
In the ground floor we can find:
A large hall room, with fantastic works by Marc.
Living Room with sofa, TV and books.
1 bedroom with A/C and double bed (1,50 x 1,90)
1 bedroom with A/C and two individual beds (0.80 x 1,90 ) that can be transformed into a double bed.
1 bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer.
1 Living Room / Dining Room with sofa, TV and A/C.
Kitchen that connects to one of the porches. It has the full equipment necessary: fridge, kitchen with gas, heaven, microwave, italian coffee maker, and dishwasher.
In the upper floor:
1 bedroom with double bed ( 1,50 x 1,90 ) that has A/C.
1 bathroom ensuite, with shower and hairdryer.
A private terrace with beautiful views to the pool.
In the annex:
1 bedroom with A/C and two individual beds (0,80 x 1,90) that can be transformed into a double bed.
An exterior bathroom.
In the exterior area:
The house has several spaces designed to enjoy the outdoors: porches, terraces, and charming spots.
In the private pool, under the cool shade of the trees, you can take a relaxing swim, cradled by the murmurs of nature.

It’s located on a picturesque rural road, very quiet and at the same time very close to the center of Sant Ferrán.
This little town has all the needed service and a good restaurant offer with artistics markets and a pleasant night vibe.
The closest beaches are the ones in Migjorn (2,5 km away).
Pricing, Terms & Conditions

We invite you to consult us about the prices by e-mail, as they vary depending on dates and duration of the stay.
In general, prices are medium.
The minimum stay is 6-7 nights, and there are discounts for 2 weeks or a month stay.
The prices include taxes, bedsheets and towels, and the entry and exit cleaning.
It doesn’t include the ecotaxes of Formentera.
Payment and cancelation policy.
To reserve, an advanced 50% payment must be done.
The balance must be done one month before your arrival.
In case of cancellation because of personal reasons, there is no refund of the payments.
No cancellation fees will be charged when the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (for example: border closure, natural disasters, etc).

Does it have air conditioner?
Yes, it does have air conditioners in every bedroom and living room.

Can I go walking to the sea and towns?
In general, you will need a vehicle to travel to towns and beaches.
Sant Ferrán is just over 1 km away, and Sant Francesc or Migjorn beach is approximately 3 km away.
If you like hiking, getting to some of the two nearby towns or the beach will be a nice walk.
This area is very well connected to various places on the island through the Rutas Verdes de Formentera, for walking or cycling.
What time is the check-in and check-out? Can I have a left luggage service for the last day?
The check-in is around 17:00, and for the check-out 11:00.
Either way, we do everything possible to make this time a little bit flexible, depending on the exits and entry’s planning.
Reserving with Formentera Natural, you always have a left luggage service for the last day of your stay.
Is everything included in the price?
Our prices always include everything, like cleaning, taxes, light, water, bedsheets and towels.
The only thing that is not included is the ecotaxes of Formentera.
Is Casa Wing a good option for kids? And for couples?
Without any doubt, this house is perfect for a group of couples, because all the bedrooms can be double, and they have their own air conditioner.
It’s also a good option for a family, since the kids have a lot of space to play in the park ( including a ping – pong table ).
If you come with little kids, the pool is not surrounded by any protection.
Anything else I should know about Casa Wing?
Any type of parties are not allowed.
Guests who will enjoy this accommodation are those who like tranquility.
Can I come with my pet?

Do I need a vehicle if I stay in this house?
