High-category mansion with local architectural design.
It consists of a main building with 4 bedrooms, a living-dining room, and a kitchen, plus an annex with 1 bedroom.
The 5 bedrooms.
Each has air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.
Designed to prioritize privacy, each room has direct access to the outside through a private terrace.

Location
Location of Villa Migjorn in Formentera.
One of the best locations on the island, without a doubt.
The property includes a farmland area with crops, the house with the pool, and a small forest that extends to the sea.
A beautiful rustic path of approximately 200 m leads directly to Migjorn Beach, in the area known as “km 8,” one of the most attractive due to its white sand and crystal-clear waters.
You can also walk to Amagatai beach bar (formerly Lucky Kiosk) and the legendary Blue Bar, both located by the beach and famous for their sunsets. Blue Bar also features an excellent restaurant and cocktail bar.
Approximately 5 km away, you’ll find the nearest town, Sant Ferrán, which offers all services and a lively nightlife.
About 7 km away, the picturesque village of Es Caló is worth a visit, with its spectacular beaches and some of the most renowned restaurants on the island.
Prices and Conditions
Villa Migjorn Prices
We invite you to inquire about rates by email, as they vary depending on the advance booking, number of guests, and availability.
In general, the prices for this accommodation are of a premium category.
The minimum stay is between 5 and 7 nights, depending on the dates.
However, feel free to ask, as we may have some available gaps.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and daily cleaning service.
They do not include the Formentera eco-tax.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation, payments are non-refundable.
However, if the client informs us of their inability to occupy the property and it is re-rented (with the client’s authorization), the new booking will entitle them to a refund of the recovered amount, minus management fees.
In case of no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Flexibility will be provided to change dates if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Can I walk to Migjorn Beach in Formentera?
A beautiful private 200 m path (entirely within the property) leads you directly to the beach, crossing through the forest.
This area of Migjorn is known as “Km 8,” one of the best stretches of this extensive beach, with white sand and crystal-clear waters.
What time is check-in and check-out? Can you store my luggage on the last day?
The scheduled check-in time is around 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00 am.
However, we do our best to be flexible with these times, depending on our scheduled arrivals and departures.
By booking our villas in Formentera, you will always have access to a luggage storage service for your last day.
Is everything included in the price of the Villas in Formentera?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning entrance and departure cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are all covered.
In this villa, daily cleaning service is also included in the price.
The eco-tax of Formentera, a tax applied in the Balearic Islands, is not included.

The pool, the ability to walk to the beach, the complete amenities, and the vast outdoor space make Villa Migjorn an excellent option for families with children.
Are there places to buy food or eat in this area?… Or will I be too isolated?
If you need to buy food, you will have to go to one of the island’s villages. The closest ones are Sant Ferrán (about 5 km away) and Es Caló (about 7 km away).
However, there are two good restaurants in the area, both by the beach and within walking distance: Blue Bar and Es Codol Foradat.
You can also find fast food and drinks at the beach bar Amagatai (formerly Lucky), very close to the house.
The famous Blue Bar is also a cocktail and nightclub on some nights (don’t worry, the nightlife does not disturb Villa Migjorn at all).
Can I bring pets to Villa Migjorn?
Among our villas in Formentera, it is possible that this one allows pets. However, we will need to check with the owners.
Is it necessary to have a vehicle?
For this particular house, having your own transportation is quite necessary, as service areas are located 5-7 km away.

There is a public bus service in Formentera that connects you with the island’s main points of interest. The bus stop is in front of Blue Bar… but it does not run very frequently.
