The villa is located just 300 meters from the center and the beaches of Es Pujols, the most touristy village on the island of Formentera.
There, you will find clothing stores and an extensive artisan market that decorates the main street. Additionally, the village offers a wide variety of dining options, including traditional restaurants, vegetarian spots, sushi, and much more.
The beaches in the village are particularly beautiful but also quite busy. However, you have the option of walking along the wooden boardwalk that leads to all the Levante beaches, which are much quieter and where nudism is common.
Prices & Conditions

We invite you to inquire about rates via email, as they vary depending on dates and number of guests.
In general, prices are in the mid–higher range.
Minimum stay is between 5 to 7 nights, depending on the season.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and cleaning upon arrival and departure. Also includes linen and towel changes once a week.
Does not include the Formentera eco-tax.
Payment & Cancellation Policy.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy: No charges for cancellations up to 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation. Cancellations made after this period will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure circumstances (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Will the movement in Es Pujols disturb me if I stay in this villa?
The villa’s location is privileged, as it is on a low-traffic street but just 300-350 m from the beach and the town center.
Can I walk to the beach?
The town of Es Pujols has a beautiful beach along the promenade, with calm and shallow waters (ideal for children).
These beaches are just 350 meters from the villa in Es Pujols, so you can easily walk there.
If you are looking for fewer crowds, you can follow the wooden boardwalk that will take you to the beaches of Sa Roqueta (15 minutes walking) and Levante (30 minutes).
Another attraction of this area is snorkeling around the small islets or jumping into the sea from the Punta Prima caves.
What time is check-in / check-out? Is there a place to store my luggage?
The check-in time is at 16:00, and check-out at 10:30 AM.

It is always an advantage to have a vehicle when exploring every corner or beach of the island. But if you don’t feel like it, this option is quite convenient: both because of the proximity to the town with all its services and because the beach is just 300-350 meters away.
Additionally, you have access to the Formentera public transport network with a stop in Es Pujols (the Line 1 runs from La Savina to Es Pujols, and Line 7 goes from the town to Illetes).
