4 bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds.
All with bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer. TV, access to the outside and private porch.
Fully equipped kitchen. It has a hob, oven, microwave, Italian and capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, complete kitchenware and also a dishwasher.
Spacious living-dining room with a large table, TV and reading area with sofas, sound system.

1 Master Suite with double bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet.
Also balcony overlooking the pool and private terrace.

The minimum stay is 7 nights, although there may be some availability for shorter stays during the low season.
Prices include taxes, linens, and towels, as well as cleaning upon arrival and departure.
For stays longer than one week, a change of linens and towels is included (ask us about the frequency, as it depends on the length of the stay).
They do not include the Balearic ecotax, nor cleaning service during the stay.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To make a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation, deposits paid are non-refundable.
It is recommended to purchase a cancellation insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.
No cancellation fees will be charged if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.)
