The gastronomic proposals less than 5 minutes away by car are: Es Codol restaurant, Vogamari or Blue Bar. For this house you can count on a Concierge service, even for supermarket orders.
Approximately 3.5 km away are the towns of San Ferrán (with a supermarket, banks, shops, bars) and 3 km away from the town of Es Calo (a fishing village with classic restaurants for fish and paella).

In general, the prices of this accommodation are in the Luxury category.
The minimum stay is 6 nights in July and August, 3 nights in June and September and no minimum stay the rest of the year.
Prices include taxes, sheets, towels (also for the swimming pool) and cleaning at the entrance and exit. Change every 7 days.
Daily cleaning can be requested as an extra, also additional changes of sheets and towels.
Prices do not include the Formentera ecotax.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To reserve an advance of 50% of the total is made.
The cancellation has no penalty until 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival the expenses are 50% of the total reservation. Outside this period, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will be charged when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (for example: border closures, natural disasters, etc.)
