If you like to walk you can go to the beach of Cala Saona (800 m) and from there explore the cliffs of Punta Rasa, one of the most beautiful walks at sunset.
Approximately 4 km away is the nearest town, Sant Francesc, the charming capital of the island. It has all the services: supermarket, banks, shops, bars, renowned restaurants, artisan market, etc.

In general, the prices of this accommodation are high.
The minimum stay is 6 nights in July and August, 3 nights in June and September and no minimum stay the rest of the year.
Prices include taxes, sheets, towels (with some changes) and cleaning at the entrance and exit.
Daily cleaning can be requested as an extra, also additional changes of sheets and towels.
They do not include the Formentera ecotax.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To reserve an advance of 50% of the total is made.
The cancellation has no penalty until 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival the expenses are 50% of the total reservation. Outside this period, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

The beaches of Cala Saona are only 800 m away. You can get there by car or walk. We also have two bicycles that you can use freely.

What time is check-in and check-out?
The scheduled check-in time is around 5:00 p.m., and check-out at 11:00 a.m.
However, you have our luggage storage service in La Savina, upon your arrival and departure.
What does the rental price of this Villa in Formentera include?
Our prices are always total, consequently, entry and exit cleaning (and more if applicable), taxes, electricity, water, sheets as well as towels are included.
The Formentera eco-tax, an environmental tax charged in the Balearic Islands, is not included.
A change of bed linen and bath/pool towels is also included every 7 days.
Daily cleaning can be requested as an extra, as well as additional changes of sheets and towels.
The house has two bicycles available for guests to use at no extra cost.

It is an ideal option for families, even for those coming with a babysitter. The atmosphere is natural and the central pool allows you to enjoy daily life around it, making the most of the common areas.
Just remember to take a close look at the layout of the house, as the two annexes are only accessible from the outside (one of them is even separated from the main house by approximately 30 metres).
In addition, the house is perfect for a group of couples, as all the bedrooms have double beds, and three of them even have their own exit to the outside.
