Beautiful house with sea views just 50 m from one of the best beaches in Formentera.
It includes:
3 bedrooms, two are doubles, and the third has a single bed and a bunk bed.
1 bathroom with a shower.
Living room with TV and fireplace.
Kitchen with dining area, open to the living room. It is equipped with a gas stove with oven, fridge, and coffee maker.
WiFi and fan.
2 porches, one facing the sea and the other at the back of the house, both equipped with table and chairs.
It also has a small nook among the juniper trees, perfect for enjoying a book or sunbathing.
Outdoor shower.
Parking area.
Note that electricity is solar-powered, so you cannot use a hairdryer, iron, or similar devices.

Location of rental house on Migjorn Beach
At km 10.7 on the island’s main road, turn right and follow the path toward Migjorn Beach (approximately 1 km of unpaved road).
This section of Migjorn Beach is undoubtedly one of the most peaceful, with small sandy coves between rocks, crystal-clear water, and privacy.
Very close by is the iconic restaurant 10.7, and a short walk along the beach will take you to Es Codol Foradat and La Fragata. All three are highly recommended.
You can reach the famous Arenals beaches either by walking a 10-minute stroll along the beach or by car in 5 minutes. The town of Es Caló is the closest, 2 km away, offering all services and excellent gastronomy, as well as spectacular beaches.
Sant Ferrán is about 6 km away. Its lively nightlife is worth a visit. You’ll find services, an artisan market, bars, and an entertaining plaza with events and live music.

In general, prices are mid-range.
The minimum stay is 5 to 7 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, sheets, towels, and cleaning at check-in and check-out.
Sheet and towel changes are done once a week.
Does not include the Formentera eco-tax.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To reserve, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance is paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations: 50% of the total reservation will be charged if canceled more than 60 days in advance. 60% of the total reservation will be charged if canceled between 59 and 31 days in advance. 100% of the reservation will be charged if canceled 30 days or less before arrival.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).
Changes: Flexibility to change dates instead of canceling, subject to availability and management fees determined by the accommodation.

Does this sea-view house in Formentera have air conditioning?
No, since it is a house with solar panels, it does not have air conditioning, but as it is located facing the sea, you will enjoy the sea breeze of Formentera.
The house runs on solar power; will I run out of electricity if there’s no sun? What should I keep in mind?
The electricity works the same as in other houses. The only thing to keep in mind is that you cannot use high-power electrical devices like hairdryers, irons, or similar appliances. There is no problem with normal electricity use or charging your devices.
Can I walk to Migjorn Beach?
Of course! Casa 10.7 is just 50 m from the sea, so you can take a swim every morning when you wake up and enjoy the beach all to yourself.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Will they store my luggage on the last day?
Check-in is scheduled around 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
When booking with Formentera Natural, you will have access to luggage storage and a courtesy bathroom for the last day of your stay.
Does the price of Casa 10.7 include everything?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning cleaning at check-in and check-out, taxes, electricity, water, sheets, and towels are included.
The eco-tax of Formentera is not included. This tax is charged upon arrival in the Balearic Islands.
Is this sea-view house suitable for staying with children in Formentera?
Having a sandy beach just a few meters away is a great advantage for staying with children. Additionally, there is plenty of outdoor space to play.
Keep in mind that the equipment for electrical appliances is basic. There is no washing machine or dishwasher.
Where can I buy food or go out to eat if I stay at Casa 10.7?
For groceries, you’ll need to travel to Es Caló (2 km) or Sant Ferrán (6 km).
Near the house, you have the 10.7 Beach restaurant, 400 m away is the restaurant La Fragata, and about 500 m in the same direction, you’ll find the Pirata Bus beach bar, one of the island’s most popular spots.
In the other direction (approximately 1 km, mostly along wooden walkways by the sea), we recommend reaching Blue Bar and Lucky beach bar, both featuring lively sunsets that complete the dining options in this part of Migjorn Beach.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed in this sea-view house. Remember that in Formentera, it is prohibited to take your pet to the beach.
Do I need a vehicle?

Having some form of transportation is recommended.
In the area, you have a beach and a couple of good restaurants, but you will need a vehicle to go to the town (Es Calò, 2 km away), visit other beaches, and explore other attractions on the island.

On the main road, about 1.5 km away, there is a public bus stop in Formentera, which will connect you to the island’s main points of interest, although it doesn’t run frequently.
If I rent a scooter or bikes, what should I do with my luggage?
When booking with Formentera Natural your accommodation + scooters/bikes, you don’t have to worry about this.
