The Casita Can Pep is located on a very quiet rural path, 500 meters from Migjorn beach.
Spacious (45 m2), it can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
It features 1 bedroom with a double bed.
The living-dining room is spacious and also has a sofa bed.
The kitchen, separate from the living room, is very well equipped:
microwave, gas stove with oven, fridge, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, toaster, and kitchenware.
The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.
(As it is a traditionally designed house, the bathroom is accessed from the porch).
The equipment is completed with air conditioning (in the living room), wi-fi, iron, safe, TV, washing machine.
Outside, a lovely porch invites you to enjoy the fresh air and rural atmosphere.
Next to the house, you have a private covered parking.

At km 9 of the island’s main road, you will find the turnoff to Can Pep Migjorn (approximately 500 m of unpaved road), a little house for couples in the Migjorn Beach area.
An ideal combination of rural and seaside ambiance.
A 500 m path, very little traveled, leads you to Migjorn Beach, in one of its best sections, with white sand beaches and crystal-clear water—the postcard of Formentera you imagine.
Very close by, you’ll find two excellent restaurants (the kind locals go to): Vogamarí and Es Codol. We highly recommend them.
The charming little village of Es Caló is the closest, at 3.5 km, and offers all services and excellent gastronomy, as well as spectacular beaches.
Sant Ferrán is approximately 5 km away. Its lively nightlife is worth a visit. You’ll find services, an art market, bars, and an entertaining plaza hosting events and live music.

Generally speaking, the prices are economical to mid-range, and interesting discounts for children are offered.
The minimum stay is 5 to 7 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and initial and final cleaning.
Bed linens and towels are changed once a week.
The eco-tax of Formentera is not included.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To reserve, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations. 50% of the total reservation will be charged if canceled more than 30 days in advance. 100% of the reservation will be charged if canceled 30 days or less before arrival.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).
Changes. Flexibility is offered to change dates instead of canceling, subject to availability and management fees determined by the accommodation.

For groceries, you will need to go to Es Caló (3 km) or Sant Ferrán (5 km).
There are two excellent restaurants nearby: Vogamarí and Es Códol. Both are island classics and very popular with locals.
If you enjoy walking (around 1.5 km, mostly along boardwalks by the sea), we recommend reaching the Blue Bar restaurant and the Lucky beach bar, both offering lively sunset experiences.
Can I bring my pet?
