It has been recently renovated, so the equipment and decoration are modern.
It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and is distributed as follows.
Main house:
2 bedrooms with A/C, on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds (which can be joined to form a double).
1 bathroom with shower and 1 guest toilet.
Living room, dining room, and kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchenware.

Payment and cancellation policy

The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations are penalty-free up to 60 days before arrival. After this period, no refunds will be issued for payments made.

Is it possible to walk to Migjorn Beach in Formentera?
A beautiful 700 m forest path leads directly to the beach. This area of Migjorn is known as “Sa Platgeta-Ca Mari,” featuring stunning beaches and spectacular sunsets.
It’s a lovely walk to the beach, though perhaps not ideal for doing it every day on foot.
What time is check-in / check-out? Can you store my luggage on departure day?
The scheduled check-in time is around 17:00, and check-out is at 11:00 h.
However, we always try to be flexible with these times, depending on other scheduled arrivals and departures.
By booking this villa in Migjorn Formentera, you will always have access to luggage storage service on the last day.

Keep in mind that only in the main part of the house will you find two connected bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are annex-style, with separate outdoor entrances. However, the courtyard is enclosed and very safe for children to play.
It is also a great option for couples, as all bedrooms can be set up with double beds and have separate entrances.
Are there nearby places for groceries or dining out?
If you need to buy groceries, you will need to go to one of the island’s villages. The closest one is Sant Ferrán (about 3 km away), offering all essential services.
The area has excellent dining options: at Sa Platgeta Restaurant and Kiosko Ca Mari, you will find delicious Mediterranean cuisine. El Gecko is the place to go if you’re looking for an elegant and chic setting.
For quick bites and drinks, the Karai Chiringuito is a great spot with a lively atmosphere, especially at sunset.
