Finca Rural Can Riera is a fantastic house with traditional architecture, one of the oldest on the island, which has been recently renovated to provide all modern comforts.
Set in the bucolic rural landscape of the island, it is also very close to Sant Francesc.
It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed as follows:
On the ground floor:
Spacious living room with sofas, TV and A/C.
Kitchen-dining room, equipped with a fridge, oven, vitro, microwave, Italian and capsule coffee makers, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchenware.
3 double bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds, which can be joined together).
2 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. One of these bathrooms has access only from the porch.
Small lounge with sofas and TV.
On the upper floor:
1 bedroom with twin beds (can be joined together), loft-style, with A/C.
Wonderful rooftop terrace, equipped with chill-out sofas, offering countryside views.
The equipment is completed with an iron, Wi-Fi, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning and fans.

Porch with sofas, table, and chairs.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance is due 10 days before arrival.

Does Finca Riera have air conditioning?
Finca Can Riera is one of the oldest houses on the island, with incredibly thick walls, making it very cool.
There are three air conditioning units, one in the upstairs bedroom and the other two in the living room and kitchen (these are sufficient to keep all the bedrooms cool).
Fans are also provided.
The windows have mosquito nets, so you can leave them open to let the air circulate.
What is the nearest service area to Finca Rural Can Riera?
In the small town of Sant Francesc, the charming capital of the island, you will find all services and excellent gastronomy, as well as a great atmosphere. It is just a couple of kilometers away.
