The surroundings of the house are ideal for walking and cycling, as several of the island’s green routes pass through this area, connecting villages, beaches, and the lighthouse.

Payment and cancellation policy.
To book, a 20% deposit of the total amount is required.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 20% of the total booking. After this period, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
No cancellation fees will apply when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Es Cap is located on a hill in the heart of the island. To reach any of the beaches, you need a vehicle, but that’s not an issue in Formentera, as it’s common to visit a different beach every day.
Cala Saona is 3 km away and is the closest beach.
