1-Bedroom Apartments (56 m2) for up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, they feature a double or twin bed, 1 bathroom with a shower, living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchen corner.
Outside, a lovely private terrace with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals.
2-Bedroom Apartments (81 m2), for up to 5 people.
All of them are located on the upper floor, featuring a double bed in one bedroom and the option of a double or twin beds in the other.
There is also a living-dining room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette.
They include two bathrooms with showers, one of them en-suite.
Outside, you will find a balcony and a spacious private terrace, both with a table, chairs, and sun loungers.
ALL apartments offer the same equipment:
Centralized air conditioning in all areas, TV, Wi-Fi, and a safe. Additionally, upon request: hairdryer, iron, and beach towels (with an extra charge and deposit).
In the kitchen, you will find a ceramic hob, microwave, Italian coffee maker, toaster, and basic kitchenware.

A picturesque 300 m trail leads to the sea, where idyllic rocky coves mix with sandy stretches, perfect for snorkeling.
If you walk about 800 meters, you’ll reach the village of Es Caló, where you’ll find bars, supermarkets, and very famous restaurants such as Rafalet and Can Pascual (two Formentera classics for fish and rice dishes).
The complex is located next to the “Camino Romano,” a trail that climbs through forests and cliffs, offering stunning panoramic views, eventually reaching La Mola. In this small village, a famous hippie market is held every Wednesday and Sunday, with live music.
At approximately 1 km, on the other side of the road, you’ll find the Migjorn beaches, bustling with beach bars and restaurants. The sunsets are amazing.

The minimum stay is 3-4 nights, depending on the dates.
The prices include taxes, bed linen, towels, and cleaning every two days.

Payment and cancellation policy.
To book, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance must be paid 10 days before arrival.
-If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 31 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge any fees.
-If you cancel or modify the reservation between 30 and 11 days before arrival, the establishment will charge 30% of the total stay.
-If you cancel or modify within 10 days of arrival or do not show up, the establishment will charge the full stay.
-Cancellation fees will not be charged if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

For families with children, keep in mind that the kitchen is quite basic… If this is not a problem, it will be an excellent option due to the spaciousness of the areas.
Is it possible to walk to the sea?
The sea is just 300 m away, accessible via a lovely forest path. Note that this part of the coast mainly features rocky coves with some sandy areas, perfect for snorkeling.
If you prefer a wider sandy beach, you can visit those in the village of Es Caló, about 800 meters away, or the beaches of Migjorn, just over 1 km away.

The village, with its bars and restaurants, is approximately 800 m away.
You can get there by walking along the coast or the road (with caution).

Check-in is scheduled for around 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
The complex has a reception with a luggage storage service (upon arrival and departure).

Our prices are always all-inclusive, covering check-in and check-out cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, bed linen, and towels.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included, a fee charged upon arrival in the Balearic Islands.
Are there supermarkets nearby?
There are two small markets in Es Caló, offering basic products. However, it’s always advisable to do a general shop at the larger supermarkets on the island (for better prices and variety), such as Can Parejo (for fruits, vegetables, and meats) or Es Basic in San Ferran.
Keep in mind that tap water in Formentera is not drinkable, so this should be factored into your shopping logistics.
Can I bring dogs?
Dogs (and pets in general) are not allowed.

The Roman Road or Sa Pujada Trail in Formentera.
The Sa Pujada Trail in Formentera is an ancient cobblestone path connecting the village of La Mola with the rest of the island. The path has been used for centuries (hence its name, the Roman Road), but it was significantly improved in the 18th century.
The trail is very picturesque, spanning nearly 2 km through cliffs with panoramic views and pine forests. Following it, you can reach the village of La Mola or even the Lighthouse.
