The house is divided into two separate yet connected areas.

It can be reached by paved road from San Ferrán, a small town with all amenities and an excellent selection of restaurants, nightlife and arts and crafts markets.
La Cala en Baster, just 850 m away, is an irresistible invitation to explore the wonders of the seabed with snorkelling equipment.
The beaches of Migjorn are only 2 km away, so the location of Casa Mares is fantastic if you want to be close to everything, or if you feel like exploring the island by bicycle.
Prices, Terms and Conditions

We invite you to consult us about the tarifas por e-mail,
as they vary depending on the dates and length of stay.
In general, prices are on the mid–higher side.
The minimum stay is 7 nights, and there are discounts for stays of one month.
Prices include taxes, sheets and towels, as well as cleaning on arrival and departure.
There is also a daily cleaning service.
They do not include the Formentera eco-tax.
Payment and cancellation policy.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to make a reservation.
The balance is payable one month before arrival.
In the event of cancellation for personal reasons, deposits paid are non-refundable.
No cancellation fees will be charged when the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g. border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Does Casa Mares have air conditioning?
Indeed, it has air conditioning in all rooms.
Can I walk to the villages or the sea?
If you enjoy walking, 850 metres away you will find the wonderful Cala en Baster, one of the most private beaches on the island.
However, to visit the rest of the beaches and villages, we recommend having some form of transport for greater convenience.
Sant Ferrán is just over 1 km away and Es Pujols is a 10-minute drive away. Migjorn beach is a couple of kilometres away.
This area is very well connected to various parts of the island via the Formentera Rutas Verdes de Formentera, which are ideal for walking or cycling.
What time is check-in and check-out? Can I use the luggage storage service on the last day?
The check-in time is around 5 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m.
However, we do our best to be flexible with these times, depending on our arrivals and departures schedule.
When you book with Formentera Natural, you always have access to a luggage storage service for the last day of your stay.
Is everything included in the price, or is there anything else to add?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning that cleaning on arrival and departure, taxes, electricity, water, sheets and towels are all included.
The Formentera eco-tax, a tax charged in the Balearic Islands, is not included.
The price also includes a daily cleaning service.

Casa Mares is a fantastic choice for enjoying a family holiday.
The grounds surrounding the house are fenced, so children can play safely, and the swimming pool is a great way to keep the little ones entertained.
It is also very convenient for a group of up to three couples, as each bedroom has its own bathroom and privacy, and the Mediterranean-style house provides a very romantic atmosphere.
