Charming semi-detached houses with 1 bedroom, 35 m2 + 20 m2 terrace, in the heart of the beautiful Natural Park and just steps from the Ses Illetes Beach.
In the past, these buildings were part of the salt production process and have been renovated and tastefully decorated.
Each house is unique, with its own charm.
All houses include:
Two single beds (can be arranged together).
A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
Living-dining room with a sofa bed.
Kitchen equipped with a microwave, small fridge, stovetop, capsule coffee makers, and utensils.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV.
Lovely porch with a table and chairs.

The proximity to the port of La Savina is very convenient if you plan to engage in water activities (diving, sailing, etc.), and you can enjoy the services and dining options of La Savina and Es Pujols, just a couple of kilometers away.

Generally, prices are mid-range, except for August, which would be mid-to-high range.
The minimum stay is 2 to 4 nights, depending on whether it is low or high season.
Prices include taxes. They also include towel changes every 3-4 days and bed linen changes every 6-7 days.
They do not include the Formentera eco-tax.

To reserve, a 100% advance payment of the total amount is required.
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. After this time, no refunds will be issued.

Do the Ses Illetes houses have A/C?
Yes, these rental houses in Formentera are equipped with A/C.
Can I walk to Ses Illetes beach? And to Levante beaches?
You can walk to Ses Illetes via natural trails that lead you to the beaches near Beso Beach or El Tiburón. It’s approximately 400 meters.
Levante beaches, which are always less crowded, are also nearby. However, to get there, you need to go around the Salinas, which makes the walk longer. We recommend renting bikes to move comfortably around the group of beaches at Illetes and Levante, among the best on the island.
The houses are located at the entrance to Ses Illetes; does that mean there will be a lot of car noise?
Not at all. The houses are situated in a section of the natural park that is quite isolated from the entrance road to Ses Illetes, so you won’t experience any noise from cars entering this beach area.
If I drive from the house to Illetes beaches, do I still have to pay an entrance fee?
Although these houses are located within the natural park, their location is before the entrance booth to Ses Illetes. This means that if you go by car or motorbike to these beaches, you must pass through the control point and pay the corresponding fee for the vehicle.
No obstante, recuerda que tanto vehículos eléctricos como bicicletas, no pagan ingreso. Y por supuesto tampoco debes pagar si vas andando a la playa.

Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning cleaning on arrival and departure, taxes, electricity, water, bed linen, and towels are included.
The Formentera Ecotax, a Balearic tax, is not included.
Are the houses in Ses Illetes a good option if I come with children?
If your children are old enough to walk, these houses are a great option since you can walk with them to the beach, and there is plenty of outdoor space for them to play.
However, if they are not walking yet, the beach might be a bit far to take them in a stroller.
Also, keep in mind that while these houses are very cute, they are not designed for a long stay with children… they don’t have a washing machine or dishwasher, and the kitchens are basic.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the houses in Ses Illetes.
Do I need to rent a vehicle if I stay in these houses?
Having a vehicle would be convenient… while the beach is just 400 meters away, the nearest service area is over 1 km away, in the port of La Savina.
Likewise, the village of Es Pujols is very close, but it is also at least 2 km that you will need to cover.

Towel changes are provided every 3-4 days, and sheets are changed once a week.
Can I choose which house I’ll get?
It is not possible to choose a specific house.
It is important to keep in mind that all the houses are different. For example, some have corner kitchens, others have breakfast bars, and the porches are also different.
But what we can assure you is that whichever house is assigned to you, you will love it, as they are all beautiful.
