This beautiful house is decorated in the simple and bright island style.
It features:
3 double bedrooms (one with a double bed, two with twin beds that can be arranged as doubles)
1 single bedroom.
4 bathrooms (three of them en suite), with a hairdryer and amenities.

In general, prices are mid-range, except in August when they are mid-to-high range.
Minimum stay is 4 to 6 nights, depending on whether it is low or high season.
Prices include taxes, as well as daily cleaning service and towel changes, and bed linen changes every 3-4 days. This cleaning does not include the kitchen.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.

A 100% advance payment is required to book.
You can cancel free of charge up to 45 days before the arrival date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Can I walk to Ses Illetes Beach? And to Levante Beach?
If you enjoy walking, this house is perfect for you.
The nearest beaches are Levante, about 700-800 m away, with many spots to explore.
It is roughly the same distance to Ses Illetes, following a path that starts in front of the house and runs alongside the salt flats, leading you to the beaches near Pirata and Beso Beach.
Another great idea would be to rent some bikes to easily move between the wide variety of protected beaches in the Ses Salines Natural Park (Illetes, Es Trucadors, Levante) as well as the beaches of Es Pujols.
Do I have to pay the entrance fee to Illetes Beach if I go by car or motorbike from the house?
Although this house is located in the Ses Salines Natural Park, it is outside the entrance control post. Therefore, if you go by car or motorbike to these beaches, you will have to pay the usual fee for the vehicle.
However, remember that bicycles and electric vehicles are exempt from the fee. And of course, you don’t have to pay if you walk to the beach.
What time is check-in and check-out for this rental house? Is there luggage storage for the last day?
Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00 h.

Is everything included in the price of rental houses in Formentera?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning that cleaning upon arrival and departure, taxes, electricity, water, bed linen, and towels are all included.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included, as it is a tax charged in the Balearic Islands.

The house in Ses Salines is very comfortable and has plenty of outdoor space for children to play. The pool is elevated, so it does not pose a danger to babies.
You will likely need to drive to the beach, as it is not too far but not close enough to walk with little ones.
On the other hand, you have all services available in Es Pujols and La Savina, as well as a great variety of paradisiacal beaches, all within less than 2 km. If you like being close to everything while maintaining your tranquility, this house could be a great choice for a family stay.
