(5 with double beds and 1 with two single beds).
Three are on the ground floor and three on the upper floor.
The 6 bathrooms have showers and hairdryers. They have been recently renovated. Five of them are ensuite. The remaining bathroom is connected to one of the bedrooms and also to the common areas.

Especially well located for those who enjoy the convenience of being just 500 meters from Sant Francesc, the main town where daily life in Formentera takes place.
In the town, you’ll find café options such as Es Mares, Ca Na Pepa, or Matinal. For dining, there are classics like Gioviale with its excellent pasta, Margarita, or Ceferino with their tapas. At night, the atmosphere is lively on the bar terraces. El Platé is a classic, or you can try well-known restaurants like Can Carlos, Ca Na Joana, or Bona Espina.

As a reference, the price is considered mid-to-high range.
The minimum stay is 5 to 7 nights.
However, check available dates, as there may be openings between reservations.
Final prices include: initial and final cleaning, bed linen, and towels (changed every 7 days), taxes, as well as all utilities (water, electricity, etc.).
The Formentera eco-tax, a Balearic tax, is not included.

Payment and cancellation policy.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required.
Cancellations are penalty-free up to 90 days before arrival. Between 89 and 11 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation. Beyond this period, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
Cancellation fees will not be applied if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).
