The minimum stay is 3 to 5 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, sheets, towels, and daily cleaning service.
They do not include the Formentera ecotax.
The optional buffet breakfast is also not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To reserve, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance is paid upon arrival.
Cancellations are penalty-free up to 30 days before arrival.
After this period, 30% of the total reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The full stay amount will be charged in case of no-shows or early departures.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Yes, they all have air conditioning. Additionally, the privilege of being close to the sea and surrounded by a large pine grove makes this hotel a cool place at night.
Can I walk to Migjorn Beach in Formentera?
The beaches are just 300 meters away via trails through pine trees or 500 meters if you take rural paths.
In that area of Migjorn Beach, there may be some sections with concentrations of Posidonia, but the beach is extensive, and you only need to walk a bit to find stretches of white sand.

The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly. You can walk to the beach, and daily cleaning service makes things easier. Additionally, the pool and the surrounding forest areas are ideal for children to play.
Are there places to buy food or eat in this area… or will I feel too isolated?
You have access to a small supermarket in the neighboring Ses Eufabietes complex.
In addition to the services offered by the complex (bar, restaurant), this peaceful corner of the island is known for the excellent quality of its restaurants.
