It features:
4 double bedrooms (3 with double beds, 1 with twin beds), all with air conditioning.
1 loft-style bedroom with 4 single beds, with air conditioning.
4 bathrooms, with a shower and hairdryer. One of the bathrooms also has a bathtub.
Spacious kitchen-dining area, very comfortable, with a large table for meals.
Equipped with an oven, microwave, stove, Italian and Nespresso coffee maker, large fridge, dishwasher, freezer, juicer, and other kitchenware.
Large living room, with sofas.

Finca Barbaria Prices.
We invite you to inquire about rates via email, as they vary depending on booking anticipation, number of guests, and availability.
In general, the prices for this accommodation are considered high-end luxury.
The minimum stay is 7 nights, with check-in only on Saturdays.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, and towels (also for the swimming pool), as well as final cleaning.
Towels are changed every 3-4 days, and general cleaning with bed linen change is provided every 7 days.
Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To reserve, a 50% deposit of the total price is required, non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required.

Check-In and Check-Out? What to do with luggage if I arrive early on the island?
The check-in time is at 17:00 h and check-out at 10:00 h.
If you arrive early on the island, we offer a free luggage storage service at the Formentera port for our clients, where you can leave your suitcases and change clothes.
At the time of departure, if your flight is in the afternoon, you can use the same service.
Is everything included in the price of Finca Barbaria?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning entrance and exit cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are included.
The Formentera eco-tax, a tax applied in the Balearic Islands, is not included.
