Surrounded by the tranquility of the forest, they are just 200 m from the beaches and coves of Es Caló.
They include:
1 or 2 double bedrooms, with single beds (can be arranged as double beds).
One bathroom, with a shower and hairdryer.

Located on the outskirts of Es Caló, within a small forest, these houses are ideal for those seeking peace, beaches, and nearby services.
A 200 m path leads you to a zone of rocky and sandy coves, fantastic for swimming and snorkeling. The sandy beaches are approximately 300 m away.
The town center is 200 m away, and has a supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, bar, and three excellent restaurants: Rafalet, Es Caló, and Can Pascual.
At a couple of kilometers, you’ll also find some of the best beaches of Migjorn (accessible through Hotel Riú or Pirata Bus).
At approximately 3-4 km uphill, you’ll reach the picturesque village of La Mola (you can also walk via the green route “Camí de Sa Pujada”). On Wednesdays and Sundays, there’s a lively artisan market.
Must-see: visit the Lighthouse, with its stunning views over the Mediterranean.
Prices and conditions
Rates.
We invite you to inquire about the rates via email, as they vary depending on dates and the number of guests.
In general, prices are mid-range, with attractive discounts for children.
The minimum stay is 4 to 7 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and initial and final cleaning.
Bed linens are changed once a week, and towels are replaced twice a week.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To reserve, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations. 50% of the total reservation will be charged if canceled more than 30 days in advance. 100% of the reservation will be charged if canceled 30 days or less in advance.
No cancellation fees will be charged when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).
Changes. Flexibility is offered to change dates instead of canceling, subject to availability and management fees determined by the accommodation.

Can I walk to Es Caló beach? And to Migjorn beach?
200 m from the cottages, you can enjoy a zone of rocky and sandy coves, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, with very few people.
300 m away, crossing the center of the small village, you’ll find a long stretch of fantastic sandy beaches.
Migjorn beaches (in front of the Pirata Bus beach bar) are 2 km away, a bit far to walk but manageable if you enjoy walking. You can get there via a beautiful path through pine trees and fields.
What time is check-in and check-out? Is there luggage storage for the last day?
The expected check-in time is around 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Is everything included in the Formentera rental houses?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning cleaning on arrival and departure, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are included.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included, a tax charged upon arrival in the Balearic Islands.
Are the cottages in Es Caló suitable for staying with children?
This area is great for coming with children, very quiet and family-friendly, and the cottages are comfortable for them.
They have plenty of outdoor space to play and can walk to the beach.
Additionally, this accommodation offers great discounts for families with children.
As a drawback, remember that there is no washing machine or dishwasher.
In the photos, the cottages look isolated. Will I be too secluded if I stay there?
Not at all.
The cottages give the feeling of being secluded, as they are surrounded by forest. However, you have neighbors approximately 40-50 meters away (you can’t see them, and they don’t affect your privacy).
Likewise, the center of the small village, with all its services, is just 150-200 meters away.
Can I bring my dog?
Among the options for Formentera house rentals, pets are not allowed in these cottages in Es Caló.
Do I need a vehicle?
In this particular location, you can do without renting a vehicle, as you have a beach and all services within 200 m.
The gastronomic offerings here are among the best on the island, so you can easily spend a few days in this area without missing out on traveling to other parts.
However, we recommend renting a vehicle for at least a few days, as the island has much to see… lighthouses, beaches, villages, markets, and more.
