The house is open from April to November.
The minimum stay in high season is 6 nights and in low season 2. However, check dates because there may always be spaces available.
Our prices are final, include taxes, sheets, towels, daily cleaning.
The frequency of changing bed linen and towels varies according to the length of the stay (it is done every 3-4 days approx).
They do not include the Formentera eco-tax (€2.20 per night, for people over 16 years of age)
Payments and cancellation policy.
An advance of 50% is required to reserve.
You may cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel less than 59 days before arrival.
You will be charged 100% of the total price if you cancel less than 10 days before arrival.
No cancellation fees will be charged when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (for example: border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

Our prices are always total, cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, sheets and towels are included.
The Formentera ecotax (a tax that is charged on arrival in the Balearic Islands) is not included, which is 2.20 euros per night for people over 16 years of age.
Is Casa Bosque Migjorn a good alternative with children?
This accommodation has all the comforts for a couple with one or two children. In case there are 3 children, there is an extra bed (it is small, for children under 12 years old).
With children, the private pool is a great point in favor and the garden allows children to enjoy nature. Another advantage is that not many cars pass by on the road, and if they do they cannot go fast, which makes the environment very safe.
You also have daily cleaning, which is appreciated with little ones.
Can I come with my pet?
This house does not allow pets of any kind.
Do I need to have a vehicle in Formentera?
The house is located a few meters from the sea and several restaurants, however, we always recommend having some type of own mobility or hiring our private transfer service.

What time is daily cleaning done?
The schedule is agreed at the entrance, depending on the preferences of the clients and the availability of the cleaning service. A good time will be at 11 am, but it is the preference of each one. Cleaning can take about 2 to 3 hours.
