The small town of Sant Francesc, the island’s capital, is 5 km away. There, you will find all services: supermarket, banks, fashion boutiques, bars, an artisan market, and a fantastic gastronomic offer.
The surroundings of the house are ideal for walking and cycling, as several of the island’s green routes pass through this area, connecting villages, beaches, and the lighthouse.

Payment and cancellation policy.
To book, a 20% deposit of the total amount is required.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 20% of the total booking. After this period, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
No cancellation fees will apply when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Just keep in mind that you will need a car to reach the town or the beaches of Formentera.
For couples, the only downside is that in two of the bedrooms, the beds cannot be pushed together to form a double bed.
