The house is located 200 meters from one of the most beautiful coves in Formentera: Cala En Baster. A small rocky beach, not very crowded, ideal for snorkeling and finding tranquility.
The house is close to the village of San Ferrán (5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot).
The area is very peaceful, perfect for walking or cycling.
Other beaches you can visit include Es Pujols (2.5 km) and Migjorn (4-5 km).
Prices and conditions
Rates.
It is best to inquire by email, as prices vary depending on the number of guests, dates, and length of stay.
In general, prices are mid-range.
The minimum stay is between 4 and 7 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, check-in and check-out cleaning, sheets, and towels, with a change every 7 days.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To book, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival, the fee is 50% of the total booking amount. After this period, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
No cancellation fees will be applied if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Does Casa Baster have air conditioning?
The house is spacious, with many windows facing the sea, making it cool in summer (in addition to being surrounded by trees). For this reason, and because the house is mostly lived in its garden, it does not have air conditioning.
Can you walk down to the beach?
The cove is 200 meters away on foot from the house, making it ideal for swimming or snorkeling. The cove is rocky, so bringing a beach chair for added comfort is a good idea.
However, if you enjoy walking, from Cala en Baster you can continue along the coast and find small sandy coves that are almost always empty.
If you’re driving, the beaches of Es Pujols and Migjorn are about 3 km away.
Are there supermarkets or bars nearby?
There are no supermarkets, bars, or restaurants near the house, as it is a very quiet residential area, perfect for relaxation and disconnecting from everything.
For grocery shopping, you will need to go to San Ferran, which is 2.5 km away. This town also has all necessary services and a lively nightlife.
To enjoy the island’s excellent gastronomy, we recommend visiting Sant Francesc, Es Pujols, Migjorn, and Es Caló… all within 3-5 km from the house, which is literally located in the heart of the island.

The scheduled check-in time is 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00 am.
