Description of Houses in Ses Vinyes, Formentera
These three semi-detached houses, identical to each other, are decorated in a modern and simple style, while at the same time providing all the comforts. Spacious rooms and complete equipment, in addition to a shared pool and a solarium area with loungers.
Each house includes:
2 double bedrooms, bright and spacious, with comfortable wardrobes. The beds are single but can be arranged as double beds.
There is the possibility of adding an extra bed, upon request.
A bathroom, with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer.
A kitchenette integrated into the living-dining room. Very well equipped, it includes a cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, a large refrigerator with freezer, and an oven.

It connects Sant Ferrán (400 m from the cottages) with Es Pujols (950 m).
Sant Ferrán offers all services and a good selection of restaurants, nightlife, and artistic markets. Concerts and movie screenings are also held in its lively main square.
Es Pujols is the island’s main tourist town, with restaurants, beaches, clubs, and other nightlife venues.
Just a couple of kilometers away is the beautiful town of Sant Francesc (the capital of Formentera) and the beaches of Es Pujols, Levante and Ca Mari Migjorn.

Payment and cancellation policy.
To book, a deposit of 30% of the total is required.
Cancellations are free up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival, the fee is 30% of the total reservation. After this period, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Do these cottages have air conditioning?
Yes, they do have air conditioning.
Can I walk to Sant Ferrán? And to Es Pujols beaches?
Sant Ferrán is approximately 450 m away, and you can walk there via the green route Camí de Ses Vinyes.
The same picturesque path, surrounded by vineyards, but in the opposite direction, leads to the beaches of Es Pujols. While the walk is worth it, it is 950 m, which might be a bit much every time you want to take a swim. 🙂
A great idea is to rent bikes to easily move around this area. Within short distances, you have four towns: Sant Ferrán, Es Pujols, La Savina, and Sant Francesc, as well as several beaches: Levante, Illetes, Es Pujols, and part of Migjorn.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Is there luggage storage for the last day?
The check-in time is around 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
