Description.
The property is located on a large plot of 50,000 m2. It includes a children’s playground, an electric car charging area, and an outdoor shower.
These three Mediterranean-style townhouses have independent entrances and are very private, as each one is oriented to a different cardinal point.
Migjorn I and II houses are connected through an internal door, in case you wish to rent them as a single unit.

Prices and Conditions
Rural House Rates for Groups in Formentera
Check the rates by email, as they vary depending on the dates.
Generally, the prices for this accommodation are mid-high range.
The minimum stay is 7 nights in June-July-August-early September. The rest of the year, 4 nights.
However, please contact us as we might have availability for shorter stays.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, beach sarong, and welcome amenities in the bathrooms.
For stays longer than one week: includes final cleaning, a towel change twice a week, and a weekly linen change.
For stays less than 7 nights: an additional charge for final cleaning applies.
Not included: Formentera’s ecotax or cleanings during the stay.
Additional cleanings and more frequent linen and towel changes can be requested as an optional service.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
To reserve, a 30% advance payment of the total amount is required.
60 days before arrival, another 30% payment must be made.
The balance is paid 15 days before arrival, along with the required deposit for each house (€200 for 2-bedroom houses / €400 for the 5-bedroom house) + the ecotax.
Cancellations for personal reasons can be made free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
Beyond this period, no refunds will be issued.
Of course, in all cases, the security deposit will be refunded.

Are the houses very close to each other?
This complex of 3 rural houses in Formentera is surrounded by a large plot of 50,000 m².
The three houses are part of a single building, each facing a different direction, as are the orientations of their porches. Adding to this the independent entrances, it offers privacy, a natural environment, and privileged views.
How to get to the beach from these rural houses in Formentera?
One of the main advantages of these houses is their location in the narrowest part of the island, meaning that both the eastern beaches Es Caló and the western beaches Migjorn are very close (though not close enough for daily walking).
Formentera has a secret: if the wind blows from one side of the island, go to the opposite side, and the sea will be like a swimming pool. These rural houses let you take advantage of this every day.
Linen and towel replacements
For stays longer than a week, there are two towel replacements and one linen replacement every 7 days. Beach towels are not included, but sarongs are provided.
If you want extra cleaning services, they must be arranged in advance. You can also request more frequent replacements of linens and towels for an additional cost.

Our prices are always all-inclusive. There will be no surprises. This means: initial and final cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are included.
However, the Formentera ecotax, a Balearic tax paid to the Consell, is not included.
