Charming independent house in the countryside, surrounded by farms, and just a couple of km from Sant Francesc.
Recently renovated, it has all the necessary equipment, the house can accommodate up to 5 people.
2 double bedrooms, one with single beds (can be prepared together), the other with a double bed, both with ceiling fans.
1 single bedroom, also with ceiling fan.
1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Living room with table, chairs and sofas.
Spacious kitchen, equipped with a fridge, oven, gas stove, Italian coffee maker and kitchenware.
Porches with beautiful views of the countryside and also provided with tables and chairs.
Complete the equipment: wi-fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioning (in the living room), ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and BBQ.

The house is located away from the road (1 km), in a rural environment accessed by an unpaved road in good condition. The area is very quiet and with few neighbors. The town of San Francesc is 2.2 km away.
In Sant Francesc you will find classic cafes such as Es Mares, traditional terraces such as Platé (with live music) or restaurants of all levels.
Our recommended: Gioviale (the best pastas on the island), Margarita (good pizzas), Japonería (sushi) or Ca Na Joana (chef’s kitchen for a special day).
The nearest beaches are 10 minutes away by car: Cala Saona, Migjorn, Illetes.

We invite you to consult the rental by e-mail, as it depends on dates, number of people and number of nights of stay.
According to the rates of Formentera, this house is low-medium priced.
The minimum stay is 6-7 nights, depending on the dates.
However, contact us for shorter rentals.
The rental includes taxes, sheets, towels, entry and exit cleaning.
It doesn’t include the Formentera ecotax (€ 2.20 per night, only paid by those over 16 years of age).
Payments and cancellation policy.
An advance of 30% is required to reserve.
You may cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
You will be charged 30% of the total price if you cancel less than 59 days before arrival.
You will be charged 100% of the total price if you cancel less than 10 days before arrival.
No cancellation fees will be charged when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (for example: border closures, natural disasters, etc.)
