The minimum stay is 5 to 7 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, sheets, and towels, as well as cleaning upon arrival and departure.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total is required.
Cancellation has no penalty up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival, the fee is 30% of the total reservation. Beyond this period, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will be applied when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

La Casita Yolanda is an affordable accommodation in Formentera, located a couple of kilometers from both towns. Walking can be a nice outing once, but it’s not ideal for frequent trips to a town or beach.
If the plan is to keep expenses low, a great idea is to rent bikes to easily move around this area, as there are three towns at minimal distances: Sant Ferrán, Es Pujols, and Sant Francesc, along with several beaches: Levante, Es Pujols, and part of Migjorn.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Can I have luggage storage for the last day?
The latest check-in time is around 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00 h.
However, we do our best to accommodate flexible times, depending on our schedule of arrivals and departures.
