It features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed as follows:
On the ground floor:
Living-dining room, furnished with comfortable sofas, table, chairs, and TV.
Kitchen-dining room, equipped with 2 refrigerators, oven, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker (Italian, filter, and capsule), toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchenware, and a large table.
2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed; the other with twin beds.
1 single bedroom.
1 bathroom, with a shower.
Outside:
Spacious porch with countryside views, equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers.
Barbecue area.
1 external bathroom, with a shower.
On the upper floor:

As a reference, this house has a very convenient price, considering the island’s rates.
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
However, feel free to ask, as we may have available gaps.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and check-in and check-out cleaning.
They do not include the Formentera eco-tax.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To book, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before arrival.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total booking. Beyond this period, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Yes, it has two air conditioning units. One is located in the upstairs bedroom. The other is in the hallway providing access to the three bedrooms on the ground floor.
What is the nearest service area to Casa Reme?
In the small town of Sant Francesc, the charming capital of the island, you will find all services and excellent gastronomy, as well as a great atmosphere. It is just 1 km away.
What time is check-in and check-out? Can you store my luggage on departure day?
Check-in is scheduled for 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00 h.
