The Casa del Pinar offers spacious and pleasant areas, along with complete amenities. The pool, as well as the porch, invite you to enjoy nature and the tranquility of the forest.
It features:
3 double bedrooms.
One with a double bed and two with twin beds, all with spacious wardrobes.
2 bathrooms.
One with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Includes a hairdryer.
Living-dining room.
Comfortable and bright, connected to the porch.
Kitchen.
Equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Italian and drip coffee makers, toaster, juicer, and other kitchenware.
The equipment is completed with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine.
Exterior.
The porch, with a table and chairs, is ideal for enjoying meals and relaxing.
The pool, surrounded by forests (shared with one other house), is equipped with sun loungers.

Prices and conditions
Rates.
We invite you to inquire about rates by email, as they vary depending on travel dates, number of guests, and length of stay.
In general, prices are considered budget to mid-range.
The minimum stay is 6-7 nights, with check-in/check-out only possible on weekends.
Prices include taxes, check-in and check-out cleaning, bed linens, and towels.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To book, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival, a 30% fee of the total booking amount applies. Beyond this period, 100% of the booking will be charged.
No cancellation fees will be charged if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Yes, it has air conditioning. There is a unit in the living room and another in the hallway connecting the bedrooms.
Can I walk to a beach if I stay here?
To reach the beaches, you will need some type of vehicle.
Migjorn beaches are 2 km away.
Es Pujols beaches are approximately 4 km away.
Illetes and Levante beaches are about 6 km away.
Where can I shop or go out to eat?
Casa del Pinar is located between Cala en Baster and Migjorn beaches.
It is a quiet residential area of the island.
To shop for groceries or eat out, you will need to travel by vehicle to other locations: Es Pujols, Sant Ferrán, Migjorn, Sant Francesc, etc.
Along Migjorn, you will find several restaurants and beach kiosks, the closest being the iconic Blue Bar.
What time is check-in and check-out? Is there luggage storage for the last day?
Check-in time is at 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00.
