Two beautiful semi-detached houses in the countryside, located in a vast natural environment that invites relaxation, just 3 km from Sant Francesc and La Savina.
Decorated with simplicity, they have all the necessary equipment.
Up to 4 people can stay.
They include:
2 double bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other with a double bed.
1 bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer.
Living-dining room with table, chairs, and sofa.
Kitchen with a breakfast bar, equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, Italian and Bosch capsule coffee makers, toaster, microwave, and utensils.
Private porch with beautiful countryside views, furnished with tables and chairs.
Additional features include: wi-fi, TV, shared washing machine (used by both houses), air conditioning (located in the living room), and a BBQ.

Both houses are set back from the main road (1 km away) in a natural environment accessed via a well-maintained dirt road. The area is very quiet and has few neighbors. Both La Savina and Sant Francesc are approximately 3 km away.
In Sant Francesc, you’ll find classic cafés like Es Mares, traditional terraces like Platé (with live music), or restaurants for all tastes.
Our recommendations: Gioviale (the best pasta on the island), Margarita (great pizza), Japonería (sushi), or Ca Na Joana (fine dining for a special day).
The nearest beaches are a 10-minute drive away: Cala Saona, Migjorn, Illetes.

In general, the prices for this accommodation are budget-friendly.
The minimum stay is 5-6 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and initial and final cleaning.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To reserve, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
Cancellations are penalty-free up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total reservation. Beyond this period, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot proceed due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

The scheduled check-in time is around 3:00 PM, and check-out is around 11:00 AM.

Does the affordable rate for these cottages in Formentera include everything?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, which means initial and final cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are included.
The Formentera eco-tax, a fee charged in the Balearic Islands, is not included.
Is it a good option for coming with children?
The cottages are very convenient if you come with children, as they are well-equipped and have plenty of space for them to enjoy the outdoors and the countryside.
The area is very peaceful.
Just keep in mind that you’ll need to drive to get to the town or Formentera’s beaches.
Where can I do the shopping?
Being in a rural area, you’ll need to go to town (5 minutes by car) for groceries.
For general shopping, we recommend Can Parejo (for fruits, vegetables, and meats), located near San Francesc.
Can I bring my dog if I stay at Casitas Es Pou in Formentera?
Dogs and pets in general are not allowed.
Is it necessary to have a vehicle to stay here?
Having some form of transportation is necessary, as you’ll need it to get to towns, beaches, and other attractions on the island.
