In general, the prices are economic, and interesting discounts are offered in low season. The value for money is very convenient.
The minimum stay is 3-5 nights, depending on the dates.
The rental includes taxes, sheets, towels, entry and exit cleaning.
It doesn’t include the Formentera ecotax (€ 2.20 per night, only paid by those over 16 years of age).
Payments and cancellation policy.
An advance of 30% is required to reserve.
The balance must be paid 5 days before arrival.
-You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
-If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline, the establishment will charge 30% of the entire stay.
-If you cancel 5 days before the arrival date or do not show up, the establishment will charge the entire stay.
-No cancellation fees will be charged when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (for example: border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

Can I walk to Migjorn beach?
The beaches of Migjorn are only 400-450 m away along a paved road.
In front of the beach there is a wooden walkway that runs through Migjorn to both sides, through which you can access the beach bars without having to go through the sand.

What is nearby to eat or shop?
The gastronomic offer of Migjorn beach is very varied and with different prices. When choosing where to eat or dine is a matter of taste.
There you will find the mini-market Ca Marí with the essentials, however it is advisable to go to one of the towns to make the main purchase (for variety and price).
As for restaurants, the most outstanding in the area are: Real Playa (rice and fish facing the sea), Kiosko Ca Mari -delicious, simple and reasonably priced-, South Formentera Beach (Mediterranean food).
Walking a little further, we also recommend the Sa Platgeta beach restaurant, with a relaxed atmosphere facing the sea to enjoy fish and rice dishes at a good price.
Inevitable is the date at sunset at Kiosko 62, to watch the sunset with very good music and atmosphere.
Is it possible to come with pets?

It is always advisable to have mobility in Formentera, especially if you come with children.
