1-Bedroom Casitas
With 35 m², they are ideally suited for 3 people; however, they can accommodate 4 people if there are small children (a bit tight on space).
The bed is double.
There is a living-dining room with a sofa bed.
The kitchen is an open-plan style with a bar; the fridge is small.
They offer lovely views of the garden and pine forest.
2-Bedroom Casitas
Also 35 m², they accommodate 4 people and have 1 double bed and two single beds.
The kitchen is convenient and includes a small breakfast table, and the fridge is medium-sized. Note that they do not include a living-dining room or sofas.
However, they feature a spacious porch with a table and chairs, offering beautiful sea views, perfect for enjoying meals.
These 2-bedroom casitas are compact, ideal for enjoying the beach and an economical, pleasant place to sleep. They might feel small if you need to spend a lot of time indoors.
All casitas include:
1 bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

Next to the Estany des Peix and along the path leading to the natural pools, the location of these casitas is excellent for those who enjoy walking or cycling, as several of Formentera’s green routes pass through this area.
In front of the casitas, there is a small sandy beach on the lagoon with very shallow water, making it very convenient for young children.
The port of La Savina and the village of Sant Francesc are located a couple of kilometers away. Both offer all essential services (supermarket, pharmacy, bank, etc.) and a wonderful selection of dining options.
The fantastic beaches of Illetes and Levante are also just 2-3 km away.

In general, the prices are considered economical-medium range, with interesting discounts for children.
The minimum stay is 3 to 5 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and cleaning at check-in and check-out. Bed linens and towels are also replaced once a week.
The ecotax of Formentera is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations. 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged if canceled more than 30 days in advance. 100% of the reservation amount will be charged if canceled 30 days or less in advance.
No cancellation fees will be charged if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).
Changes. We offer flexibility to change dates instead of canceling, subject to availability and management fees determined by the accommodation.

Do the Formentera cottages have A/C?
Yes, they are equipped with air conditioning.
Can I walk to a beach? What about the Port of La Savina?
In front of the cottages, along the coast of the Estany des Peix, there is a small beach where you can swim (it’s seawater with shallow depth).
In this lagoon, you can enjoy activities such as sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing. Many children take classes here, making it a charming sight to see.
The rest of the beaches are a bit too far to walk to, although it can make for a lovely walk once in a while. Ses Illetes and Levante are 2-3 km away.
Here’s a secret spot for swimming :): About 2 km away, you can also access the small beaches of Caló de Sa Olí, which are very peaceful with only occasional visitors. This area is perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
The village of La Savina is approximately 1 km away, but if you’re heading to the port, it’s about 1.5 km.
Given the short distances, we think this location is very suitable for those planning to get around by bike.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Can I use luggage storage on my last day?
Check-in is scheduled for around 14:00, and check-out at 10:00.

Is everything included in the price of the Formentera Cottages?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning entry and exit cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are covered.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included, which is a fee charged in the Balearic Islands.
Are the Casitas del Lago Formentera suitable for families with children?
Certainly, they are a great choice if you’re coming with children and also looking for something reasonably priced.
The kids will have a blast in the park; the area is very quiet and safe. Plus, they can take a dip in the little beaches by the lake whenever they want (very shallow water).
As a downside, keep in mind that the cottages are not very spacious, there is no washing machine, and when you want to go to the beaches, you’ll need to take the car.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are not allowed at Casitas del Lago Formentera.
Do I need a vehicle if I stay at these cottages?
Having some type of vehicle will be convenient, whether it’s a bike, scooter, or car. While everything is close, it’s not that close (1-2 km to reach services and beaches).
We’ll be happy to help with arrangements:
If you prefer to use the Formentera public bus, there’s a stop about 400 m away. However, if you need more frequent buses, it might be better to walk to the stop in La Savina.
If I rent a scooter or bikes, how can I manage my luggage?
