3 double bedrooms, with A/C. Two of them with twin beds, the other with a double bed.
2 bathrooms (one is exterior), with shower and hairdryer.
Living-dining room, with sofa, table, chairs, TV.
Kitchen, separate, equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, Italian and Nespresso coffee makers, kitchenware, toaster, juicer, kettle, etc.
The equipment is completed with Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, iron, and fans.
The outdoor area is very pleasant, with a porch and terraces, equipped with tables, chairs, and loungers, also BBQ.

To book, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance is payable 30 days before arrival.

However, if the client informs us of their inability to occupy the property and it is re-rented (with the client’s authorization), the new booking will allow for a refund of the recovered amount, minus administrative fees.
In case of a no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will apply when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).
