The Villa in Can Parra is a charming rural property, built in 1800, expanded and renovated in recent years, transformed into a home that preserves the roots and spirit of the island, yet updated with all luxurious details.
The villa is distributed on a single floor and features:
4 Bedrooms:
1 Master Suite with a double bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom, sofas, private access to the exterior, and porch.
1 Suite with 2 single beds (can be arranged as a double), A/C, en-suite bathroom, private access to the exterior, and porch.
1 Bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 trundle bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom, private access to the exterior, and porch. (Two of the beds can be joined to form a double).
1 Smaller bedroom, which can be set up as a single or with two beds, with an en-suite bathroom, A/C, private access to the exterior, and porch. Access is from the interior patio. (The beds can be joined to form a double).
In total, there are 4 bathrooms with showers, hairdryer, and amenities, all en-suite.
Additionally, there is 1 guest toilet.

In general, prices are of a luxury-superior type.
The minimum stay is 7 nights, with check-in on Saturdays.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, and towels, as well as cleaning upon arrival and departure. They also include a daily cleaning of 2 hours, 6 days a week.
For stays longer than one week, bed linen and towel changes are included (ask us about the frequency, as it depends on the length of the stay).
Balearic ecotax is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To book, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
A security deposit of €1,000 is required.
Cancellations are free up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made after this period, deposits are non-refundable.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

For stays longer than one week, a change of bed linens and towels is included. Check with us for the frequency of changes for extended stays.
