The Port of La Savina is also nearby, just 2.5 km away, and from there you can easily access the beaches of Illetes and Levante.

Depending on the season (high or low), short stays and last-minute bookings are accepted.

Payment and cancellation policy.
To reserve, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining balance paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations are penalty-free up to 31 days before arrival.
Within this period, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

Do all apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, all apartments have air conditioning. In the 1-bedroom apartments, the A/C is in the living room, while in the 2-bedroom apartments, it is in each bedroom.
Can I walk to Sant Francesc or La Savina?
The charming village of Sant Francesc is just a couple of kilometers away.
It’s a beautiful walk to take as a stroll, following the picturesque Camino de los Molinos (part of the green routes of Formentera).
However, it might be a bit far for every trip to town, so we recommend having a mode of transport (bike, scooter, or car).
To get to La Savina, it’s also a couple of kilometers.
Check-in and Check-out: Where can I leave my luggage on the last day?
The expected check-in time is around 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
The apartment offers luggage storage, both for arrival and departure.
At the time of your Check-Out, if your flight is in the afternoon, you can leave the apartment at 11:00 AM and use the pool until your departure time. The pool includes an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, which you can use to rinse off sand if you’ve been to the beach.
The luggage storage service is free and available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Is everything included in the price of these apartments?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, ensuring no surprises later.
The only thing not included is the ecotax of Formentera, a tax collected upon arrival in the Balearics.

The apartments in the Heights of Porto Salé are an excellent choice for both couples and families with children.
For families, children have plenty of outdoor space away from the road, in addition to the pool area.
Couples will find a very tranquil rural setting, yet close to the main towns.
Can I bring my pet?
This is one of the few options in Formentera that allows pets. However, you must be very specific about your pet’s characteristics, as the final decision lies with the property owner.
