A quiet complex of 11 tourist apartments very close to the beach, one bedroom or studio type.
The facilities are basic but comfortable. It has a shared pool, parking and reception.
It allows you to walk to the beach every day and enjoy one of the quietest areas of sun and relaxation in Formentera: Migjorn beach. Also enjoy the local beach bars such as Lucky or typical restaurants such as Real Playa.

Facilities.
This small apartment complex is very quiet and surrounded by nature. All units are ground floor with porch, very clean with simple island style and wooden furniture. Just 300 m from Migjorn beach.
Those with 1 bedroom (45 m2) have a double bed or two single beds that can be joined. Also sofa bed in the living room.
The studios (35 m2) offer two single beds that can be joined to make a double.
They are all provided with:
1 bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
Dining area, with tables and chairs.
Basic kitchen with american bar, equipped with two stoves, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Air conditioning in each apartment, iron and Wi-fi.
They do not have TV.
Porch equipped with table and chairs.
The lovely swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasol.
Uncovered private parking area and common areas with tables and chairs.

The location of these apartments is ideal for those looking for tranquility and beaches, whether they are couples, small groups of friends (up to 3 adults) or families with up to 2 children.
Located on an unpaved road and surrounded by nature, 300 m down the same road you reach the beach, always between forest and dunes.
Nearby you will find a small supermarket for basic purchases, beach bars such as Kiosko 62 or a little further the mythical Blue Bar (a wooden walkway by the sea can take you to any of them).
Ca Mari is very close, with all de services and nice beach restaurants, us Kiosco Ca Mari and Real Playa.
Being located right in the middle of the island, it is very easy to get to any of the main points of the island by car, bike or motorcycle. For example to San Francesc or the tourist town of Es Pujols (both only 5 km away). Es Caló 6 km away or Ses Illetes 9 km away.

We invite you to consult the rental by e-mail, as it varies according to anticipation, number of people and dates.
In general, the prices here are economic, and interesting discounts are offered in low season. The value for money is very convenient.
The minimum stay is 4-5 nights, depending on the dates.
The rental includes taxes, sheets, towels, entry and exit cleaning.
It doesn’t include the Formentera ecotax (€ 2.20 per night, only paid by those over 16 years of age).
Payments and cancellation policy.
An advance of 30% is required to reserve.
The balance must be paid 10 days before arrival.
-You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
-If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline, the establishment will charge 30% of the entire stay.
-If you cancel 10 days before the arrival date or do not show up, the establishment will charge the entire stay.
-No cancellation fees will be charged when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (for example: border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

Indeed, they have an air conditioner in the living room of the apartment.
Can I walk to Migjorn beach?
The best thing is that the beaches of Migjorn are only 300 m away. The unpaved road is surrounded by trees and dunes.
In the beach you will find a wooden walkway that runs through Migjorn to both sides, through which you can access the beach bars without having to go through the sand.
What time is check-in and check-out? Where do I leave my bags if I arrive early or leave late?
The scheduled time for check-in is around 2:00 p.m., and check-out at 10:30 a.m.
Booking with Formentera Natural, you have a luggage storage service for arrival and the last day.

Our prices are always total, therefore, entry and exit cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, sheets and towels are included.
The Formentera ecotax is not included, a tax that is charged on arrival in the Balearic Islands (2.20 euros per night x over 16 years).
Is the Migjorn apartment a good option with children in Formentera?
These apartments have a sofa bed or cots for babies (with an extra €6).
They are a great option for small families since Migjorn beach is only 300 m away, and the atmosphere is very calm and quiet at night.
Anyway, keep in mind that the kitchen equipment is basic and there is no washing machine or dishwasher. Neither TV (this can be an advantage or a disadvantage, depending on each family). However, if you are looking for proximity to the sea so you don’t have to take the car to go to the beach, it is ideal.
Are there places to buy food or eat in this area?… or will I be very isolated?
The gastronomic offer in Migjorn beach is very varied and with different prices. When choosing where to eat or dine is a matter of taste.
At 300 m you will find the Ca Marí supermarket with the essentials, however it is advisable to go to one of the towns to make the main purchase (for variety and price).
In terms of restaurants, the most outstanding in the area are: Real Playa (rice and fish dishes facing the sea), Kiosko Ca Mari (good prices), South Formentera Beach (Mediterranean) or economic Carabela with take away food.
Can I come with my pet?
They are not allowed in the apartment in Migjorn Formentera.
Do I need to have a vehicle?
Having some type of mobility is always recommended… at least for a few days. What usually happens is that if the wind comes from the Migjorn beaches, it is more convenient to go to the other side of the island where the sea will be calm (such as Illetes or Es Pujols). It is also a good way to visit other points of interest such as La Mola or the lighthouses.
