Description of Paya I Apartments in Es Pujols
All apartments include:
One bedroom.
With two single beds (90 x 1.90m), which can also be joined.
Additionally, they include bedside tables with individual lights, a dressing table, a spacious built-in wardrobe with a full-length mirror, and a balcony.
Bathroom.
Equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary amenities.
Living and dining room.
Includes two sofa beds, a table, and chairs. It also has a balcony or terrace.
Kitchenette.
Integrated into the living room and equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, and microwave (upon request), as well as a kettle and kitchenware.
Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and an optional safe.
Additionally, the complex offers an outdoor pool, a solarium with sun loungers, and provides luggage storage and a courtesy bathroom for the last day.
Cleaning service is provided three times a week, towels are changed six times a week, and bed linens are changed once a week (no service on Sundays).

The Paya Apartments are located just 200 m from the beaches of Es Pujols and very close to the shopping area.
Es Pujols is a picturesque tourist village next to fantastic beaches. It also offers all services: shops, a craft market, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, and ATMs.
Prices and Conditions
We invite you to check the rates by email, as they vary depending on the dates, booking lead time, and number of people. There are also interesting discounts if you choose a non-refundable rate.
Generally, prices are in the mid-range.
The minimum stay is 2 to 4 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include: cleaning three times a week, bed linen change once a week, and towel changes as needed.
Taxes are also included.
The ecotax of Formentera is not included.

To reserve the full payment of the reservation is required.
You can cancel free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date. After this period, no refunds are issued.
Non-Refundable Rate with a 10-15% Discount.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. This rate does not allow cancellations.
For Both Rates: No cancellation fees will be charged if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

The spectacular beaches of Es Pujols are just a couple of minutes’ walk away.
Likewise, if you enjoy walking, you can take the boardwalk (facing the sea, to the left) and continue to the end of the beach. From there, the Levante beaches begin, which are usually less crowded.
Is there a lot of noise and activity in Es Pujols?
Es Pujols is a small and quiet village for most of the year.
However, from mid-July to the end of August, the activity increases considerably, particularly due to the arrival of young people, as this is where the most nightlife can be found.
If you prefer to enjoy absolute tranquility, you should avoid staying here during these two months.
Conversely, if you enjoy tourist activity, being close to all services, and going out for dinner or shopping without needing a car, Es Pujols will undoubtedly be an excellent option.
