Casa del Mar, surrounded by terraces and porches (all with sea views), is divided into three interconnected sections.
The main section features this spacious living room, bright and with sea views, including a relaxation area (with sofas) and an open-plan kitchen and dining area. From here, you can access a beautiful porch with stunning views.
The living room connects to two adjoining apartments, each featuring:
1 bedroom, with a double bed.
Living-dining room, with a sofa bed.
Bathroom, with a shower.
Kitchenette, equipped with a cooktop, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and toaster.
Sea-view porch, furnished with a table, chairs, and sun loungers.
The house’s general amenities include outdoor showers, fans, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi.
There is no air conditioning, but we can provide a portable unit if needed.
Casa del Mar is the perfect option for a group of friends or families with children.
We recommend that the group includes no more than two couples, as the third and fourth couples would not have privacy (they would sleep on sofa beds).

Surrounded by a natural “Formentera” environment, with wide horizons, sea views, and plenty of light, this charming house is located just 800 m from Es Caló.
This small village offers a supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, bar, and three excellent restaurants: Rafalet, Es Caló, and Can Pascual.
With just a 60 m walk, you’ll find a series of paradisiacal coves, uncrowded and perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
Continuing along the coastline, about 500 m away, you’ll reach the spectacular sandy beaches of Es Caló.
And if you’re craving more seaside experiences, just over 1 km away, you can enjoy the expansive Migjorn beaches (access through km marker 10.7 or the Pirata Bus area), one of its best sections.
This area is renowned for its lively beach bars, perfect for watching sunsets.
Approximately 4 km along the road, you’ll reach the picturesque village of La Mola. On Wednesdays and Sundays, a popular artisan market takes place.
Must-visit: the Lighthouse, with its breathtaking views over the Mediterranean.

Generally speaking, prices are mid-range.
Minimum stay is 10 nights (owners prioritize two-week stays).
Prices include taxes, sheets, towels, and cleaning upon arrival and departure.
Sheet and towel changes are done once a week.
Formentera’s eco-tax is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To book, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
Cancellations are penalty-free up to 90 days before arrival. Between 89 and 11 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total reservation. After this period, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
No cancellation fees will be applied if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Does Casa del Mar have A/C?
This lovely house does not have air conditioning as it is particularly cool and well-ventilated.

Can I walk to Es Caló beach? And Migjorn beach?
A 60 m path takes you directly to some wonderful, little-known coves, perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
You can also walk to the fantastic beaches of Es Caló, just 500 m along the coast.
The beaches of Migjorn (in front of the Pirata Bus or 10.7 beach bar) are 1.5 km away, a bit far for walking, but not too far if you enjoy a scenic walk. The path takes you through beautiful pine trees and farmland.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Is there luggage storage available for the last day?
The scheduled check-in time is around 5:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
However, we always try to be flexible with these times depending on the arrival and departure schedules.

The house is excellent for both families and groups of friends.
It is very important to consider the layout of the house, as there are only two double bedrooms, and the rest of the beds are in the living areas.
This makes it particularly appealing for two families (a couple with children) who wish to share their vacation while maintaining privacy, each in their own apartment with a kitchen.
Can I bring my dog?
On occasion, the owners have accepted small pets, but only outside the high season. A cleaning fee may apply.
It will depend on the type of pet; please inquire with us. A security deposit will be required and refunded only after ensuring the pet has not caused any damage to the house.
Do I need a vehicle if I stay at Casa del Mar Formentera?
