All the apartments are spacious -50 m2- and bright, equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, a safe, an iron (upon request), and a balcony overlooking the street.
They feature 1 bedroom, with two single beds.
The living-dining room includes a sofa bed for two people.
It is integrated with a corner kitchen, fully equipped with a small fridge, cooktop, Italian coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and microwave.
The bathroom, modern, is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer.

Generally, prices are mid-to-high range.
The minimum stay is 4 nights.
Prices include taxes, towel changes every 2 days, and cleaning every 4 days.
The eco-tax of Formentera is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To book, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance must be paid 10 days before arrival.
-If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, no charges will be applied.
-If you cancel or modify your reservation after this period, the establishment will charge 30% of the total stay.
-If you cancel 10 days before the arrival date or do not show up, the establishment will charge the full stay.
-No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).
