A lovely 400-metre path through the woods leads to the wide sandy beaches of Migjorn.
The area also offers some excellent dining options, including the restaurants at Hostal Casbah, Paraíso de los Pinos and Ses Eufabietes.
If you enjoy walking along the beach, approximately 1 km away you will find Can Martí and Ses Platgetes restaurants, as well as the lively Karai beach bar, well known for its beautiful sunsets.
The nearest village, Sant Francesc, is approximately 3 km away. As the lively capital of the island, it offers all essential services, including supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, renowned restaurants, a local artisan market and more.

In general, the cost of renting this house is medium.
The minimum stay is 6-7 nights, depending on the dates.
However, contact us for shorter rentals.
The rental includes taxes, sheets, towels, entry and exit cleaning.
It doesn’t include the Formentera ecotax.
Payments and cancellation policy.
To confirm the booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
A second payment of 50% of the total amount is due 60 days before arrival.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
Up to 90 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking amount.
Between 89 and 30 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
Less than 30 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 80% of the total booking amount.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure circumstances (for example, border closures, natural disasters, etc.).
A change of bed linen and towels is provided for stays longer than 10 nights.

This comfortable house has central air conditioning in the bedrooms and split air conditioning in the living room.
Can I walk to the beach?
The beaches of Migjorn are only 400 m away, through a beautiful path in the forest.
There may be some sectors with posidonia remains (the sea currents move it).
On the other hand, these wide beaches are very quiet. Perfect to enjoy relaxation.
What time is check-in and check-out? Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
The check-in time is around 4:00 p.m., and check-out at 11:00 a.m.
However, we do everything possible to make these hours more flexible, depending on the entries and exits we have scheduled.
Reserving a charming house in Formentera with us, you always have a luggage storage service for the last day.
Does the rental price include everything?
Our prices are always total, consequently, entry and exit cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, sheets as well as towels are included.
A change of bed linen and towels is provided for stays longer than 10 nights.
Extra cleaning can be requested as an optional service.
Only the Formentera ecotax is not included. This tax is charged in the Balearic Islands. It also does not include cleaning service during the stay.
Is Casa Lori Paraíso in Formentera a good choice to come with children?
We fully recommend Casa Lori Paraíso to come with children, it is very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher) and also has plenty of outdoor space for them to play.
The atmosphere in this quiet pedestrian area is very familiar.
You also can walk to the beach.
A great advantage is that children can enjoy the pool at the Paraíso de los Pinos resort, although they will always have to be supervised by an adult.
Are there places in this area to buy food or eat? … or will I be very isolated?
In Es Mal Pas you have a small market for basic purchases, however for a more complete purchase we recommend you go to Sant Francesc (3 km).
This quiet corner of the island is known for the excellent level of its restaurants.
The ones at the Casbah hotel and the Paraíso de los Pinos resort are elegant and you can eat very well. The Ses Eufabietes restaurant offers a variety of food and the price is very reasonable.
Walking between 700 and 1000 m you will find the Pelayo beach restaurant, famous for its paellas, Can Marti (the old Sol y Luna) and Sa Platgeta, and the lively chiringuito Karai (the old Kiosko 62), ideal for enjoying the sunset.

Pets are not allowed at Casa Lori Paraíso.
Do I need to have a vehicle?
Having some kind of mobility is recommended.
For a few days you may not need it, because the area has everything (beach, restaurants, some services), however this quiet corner of the island is a bit far from the rest of the beaches. Added to this, the closest town, Sant Francesc, is about 3 km away.

Motorcycle rental in Formentera
You also have a public bus service, which will connect you with the main points of interest on the island, but it does not pass as often through Es Mal Pas area.
If I rent a motorcycle or bikes, how can I do with my luggage?
By reserving your accommodation + scooters or bikes with us, you don’t have to worry about this.
We will meet you at the port and take your bags to the accommodation*. You can also count on this service for the day of departure.

How does the use of the pool work?
Staying at Casa Lori, you have free access to the pool of the Paraiso de los Pinos resort, located about 30-40 meters away.
Remember that children must always be under the supervision of an adult and access is only allowed to house guests, meaning guests cannot come.
Important: the pool opening and closing dates depends on the Paraíso de los Pinos resort. The season generally begins at the beginning of May and ends in mid-October.
Please keep in mind that, although you have free access to the swimming pool and gardens, you are not a guest of the resort.
