In the afternoon, enjoy the famous sunsets from the beach bars Cala Duo, Can Carlitos, and Beso Beach, all within walking distance if you wish.

It features the following areas:

The location of this house is particularly convenient, as you will find all the services offered in La Savina (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, etc.), and in addition to this, you can also walk to the beach (Cala Duo beach bar area).
It is an excellent option if you prefer not to rent a vehicle (although we always recommend it to explore the island properly).
Also highly recommended for those who plan to get around by bicycle, since both the Illetes Beaches and Levante Beaches are located just 1–2 km away.

In general, prices are considered mid-range.
The minimum stay is from 3 to 5 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, bed linen, towels, and check-in/check-out cleaning.
Not included: the Balearic eco-tax.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival, a 30% fee of the total booking amount will apply. After this period, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (for example: border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

Does Casa Lucia have air conditioning?
The house has 3 air conditioning units, which are sufficient for the size of the property. They are located in the living room and in two of the bedrooms.
The third bedroom has a modern ceiling fan.
Is it possible to walk to the sea? And to the port of La Savina?
If you enjoy walking or plan to rent some bikes, this house is perfect for you.
A pleasant 500 m walk takes you to the sea, a beautiful area with small rocky and sandy coves offering spectacular views of Ibiza and the sunset.
The path continues along the coast and leads to the Ses Illetes beaches, near the famous beach bars Cala Duo, Beso Beach and Tiburón.
At just 150 m you will find a supermarket, a small square for children and a free parking area. And only 4 or 5 blocks separate you from the center of La Savina, with an interesting variety of cafés, restaurants and shops.
If you plan to enjoy nautical activities, Casa Lucia in La Savina Formentera is particularly convenient since you can easily walk to the port (where parking is often difficult).
Where can I park my car or motorbike if I stay at Casa Lucia in La Savina Formentera?
In front of the house there is a free parking area for motorbikes.
However, cars must pay to park.
Just 150–200 m away there is a large free parking area for cars (a ticket must be taken, but there is no charge).
If you are coming with an electric car, there is a charging station with free parking just a few meters from the house.
What time is check-in and check-out at this rental house? Is there luggage storage available for the last day?
Check-in time is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out at 11:00 a.m.
However, we always do our best to be flexible with these times, depending on other arrivals and departures scheduled.

Is everything included in the price of Casa Lucia in La Savina Formentera?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning that cleaning on arrival and departure, taxes, electricity, water, bed linen and towels are included.
The eco-tax of Formentera, a tax applied in the Balearic Islands, is not included.
Is Casa Lucia suitable for families with children?
If you are traveling with children, Casa Lucia will be very comfortable for you.

The area is particularly ideal if you plan to move around by bike.
