The house Rita de Can Parra is one of our favorites in Formentera, perfectly integrated with the nature and lifestyle of the island.
Located in the area of Can Parra, near the Torrent de S’Alga, it is immersed in a bucolic landscape of farms, vineyards, and orchards where time passes more slowly, away from the busier tourist areas.
The building is one of the oldest in Formentera, preserving its traditional stone walls. At the same time, it has been adapted to modern life with complete facilities.

The Casita Rita de Can Parra is a charming rural property over 150 years old, preserving its original essence, in a very quiet setting near the Torrent de S’álga (a small corner of fishermen’s huts where peace is absolute).
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total, it has a main area and an annex, with the following features.
·Main area.
2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning. One with a double bed, the other with twin beds.
Living-dining room with sofas and TV.
Kitchen with breakfast bar, equipped with fridge, hob, oven, Italian and capsule coffee makers, toaster, hand blender, kitchenware, and dishwasher.
1 bathroom with shower.
·Annex.
1 bedroom with air conditioning and a double bed. It has a dressing area that can be used as a single bedroom.

Can Parra is a picturesque and bucolic rural area of Formentera, located between Es Cap, Sant Francesc, and the Torrent de Sa Alga. It is characterized by its peaceful atmosphere, rural paths, and traditional farms surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, and orchards.
Renting a house in Can Parra Formentera means entering the heart of this authentic area. It is accessed from the Es Cap road and then by an unpaved path of approximately 200 m.
The nearest village is Sant Francesc, 4 km away. It offers a lively atmosphere and all services, as well as some of the island’s best restaurants.

In general, prices are mid-range.
The minimum stay is from 4 to 7 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, bed linen, and towels, as well as cleaning on arrival and departure.
For stays longer than one week, a change of bed linen and towels is included.
The Balearic eco-tax is not included.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before arrival.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
From 59 to 11 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking amount. After this period, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
No cancellation fees will be charged when the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (for example: border closures, natural disasters, etc.)
