The Viky de Can Parra house is one of our favorites in Formentera, perfectly integrated with the island’s nature and lifestyle.
The Can Parra area is also among our favorites, a bucolic landscape of farmhouses, vineyards, and orchards where time moves more slowly, away from the busy tourist areas.
The building is one of the oldest in Formentera, preserving the traditional stone walls, porches, and even the remains of an old milling area. At the same time, it has been adapted to modern living, with complete amenities.

The Casita Viky de Can Parra is a charming rural property over 150 years old, with its original walls and floors, located in a very peaceful area 200m from Torrent de S’álga, a small fishermen’s corner where tranquility reigns.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total, it includes a main section and an annex, with the following features.

2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning. One with a double bed, the other with twin beds.
Living room with sofas and TV.
Kitchen-dining room, equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, oven, Italian and capsule coffee makers, toaster, hand blender, and kitchenware.

Can Parra is a picturesque and bucolic rural area of Formentera, located between Es Cap, Sant Francesc, and the Torrent de Sa Alga. It is characterized by its peaceful atmosphere, rural paths, and traditional farms surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, and vegetable gardens.
Renting a house in Can Parra Formentera means entering the heart of this authentic area. Access is via the Es Cap road, and from there, along an unpaved path of approximately 200 m.
The nearest village is Sant Francesc, 4 km away. It offers a lively atmosphere and all services, as well as some of the best restaurants on the island.

In general, prices are mid-range.
The minimum stay is from 4 to 7 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, and towels, as well as cleaning at check-in and check-out.
For stays longer than one week, a change of sheets and towels is included.
The Balearic eco-tax is not included.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The remaining balance is due 10 days before arrival.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
From 59 to 11 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking amount. After that period, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
No cancellation fees will be applied if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (for example: border closures, natural disasters, etc.)
