At km 9.5 of the island’s main road, you’ll find the turnoff to Casita Emanuelle (about 1 km of unpaved road).
This section of the long Migjorn Beach is without a doubt one of the best, with white sand and crystal-clear waters — the Formentera postcard you imagine.
Very close by, you’ll find excellent restaurants such as Vogamarí and Es Codol.
The charming little village of Es Caló is the nearest one, 3.5 km away, offering all services and excellent gastronomy, along with spectacular beaches.
Sant Ferrán is about 5 km away. Its lively nightlife is worth a visit. You’ll find services, an artisan market, bars, and an entertaining square with live music and events.

We invite you to contact us by email for rates, as they vary depending on the dates.
In general, the prices are of a mid-range type.
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
Prices include taxes, sheets, towels, and check-in/check-out cleaning.
Sheets and towels are changed every 7 days (additional cleaning and linen changes can be requested).
Not included: the Formentera eco-tax.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To confirm the booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival will not incur any penalty. From 59 to 31 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking amount. After this period, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (for example: border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

Does Casa Emanuelle have air conditioning?
Yes, it has air conditioning in both bedrooms.
Can I walk to Migjorn Beach?
The wonderful Migjorn beaches are just 200 m away.
You can reach the beach via paths and wooden walkways designed to protect the native dune vegetation.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Can I store my luggage on the last day?
Check-in time is around 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00.
By booking with Formentera Natural, you’ll have access to a luggage storage service and courtesy bathroom for the last day of your stay.
Is the price of the beach house in Migjorn Formentera all-inclusive?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, therefore, check-in and check-out cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are included.
The eco-tax of Formentera is not included, as it is a mandatory tax charged upon arrival in the Balearic Islands.
Is Casa Emanuelle suitable for families with children?
Having a sandy beach so close is a great advantage for families with children. In addition, there is plenty of outdoor space to play and complete tranquility.
Just keep in mind that the children’s bedroom is on the ground floor, while the parents’ bedroom is upstairs.
Where can I buy groceries or go out to eat if I stay in this Migjorn Beach area of Formentera?
For grocery shopping, you’ll need to go to Es Caló (3 km) or Sant Ferrán (5 km).
You’ll find two excellent restaurants within walking distance: Vogamarí and Es Códol. Both are island classics and very popular among locals.
If you enjoy walking (about 1 km, mostly along boardwalks by the sea), we recommend visiting Blue Bar and Amar beach bar, both known for their lively sunsets.
On the other side of the beach, 10.7, La Fragata, and Km 11 beach bar complete the dining options in this section of Migjorn Beach.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets may be allowed, subject to prior authorization from the owners and depending on the pet’s characteristics (age, breed, etc.).
Do I need a vehicle?
Having some form of transportation is recommended.
In the area, you’ll find the beach and a couple of great restaurants, but you’ll need a vehicle to get to town (3.5 km to Sant Francesc and Sant Ferrán), visit other beaches, and explore the island’s attractions.
