It has two floors distributed as follows:

2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, one of them with 1 en-suite bathroom. Both have single beds (which can be pushed together).
1 bathroom with access from the living room.
Spacious living-dining room with sofas and TV.
Kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hob, Italian coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kitchenware, toaster, blender, kettle, etc.
·Upper floor.
2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and double beds.
Both with access to a large balcony with great views of the surroundings.
1 bathroom connected to both bedrooms.

Payment and cancellation policy.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to make a reservation.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation, no refunds will be given for payments made.
