The house is distributed as follows:

1 bedroom – Double bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom.
1 bedroom – Four single beds (ideal for children), A/C, adjacent bathroom.
Spacious living-dining room with a beautiful L-shaped sofa facing the sea, a TV and reading area. Equipped with air conditioning.
Fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen. It features a glass-ceramic hob, oven, Italian and capsule coffee makers, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, full kitchenware, and a dishwasher. A bar counter with stools integrates it into the living room.
The equipment includes Wi-Fi, washing machine, and air conditioning in all main areas.

The main beach of Migjorn is 10 minutes by car. The main town, San Francesc, is a 16-minute drive away.
Access to the villa is via a paved road, with the last 150 meters being a dirt path.

The minimum stay is 7 nights.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, and towels, as well as check-in and check-out cleaning.
Includes 2 hours of daily cleaning except Sundays.
For stays longer than one week, a linen and towel change is included (please check dates with us, as it depends on the length of stay).
The Balearic eco-tax is not included.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To book, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
This villa requires a security deposit.
In case of cancellation, deposits paid are non-refundable.
It is recommended to purchase cancellation insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.
No cancellation fees will be charged if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Does it have air conditioning?
Yes, it has air conditioning throughout all main areas (including common spaces such as the living room). The annex also has independent air conditioning.
Is it difficult to get to Villa Panorámica?
Although the villa is in a completely private area, getting to Villa Panorámica is very easy.
The main paved road that runs through Formentera from end to end starts at the Port of La Savina and reaches the mountain of La Mola. Once the road passes the village of Es Caló, the ascent to La Mola begins (200 meters above sea level). Halfway up, there is a dirt road turnoff to the left leading to the villa.
The villa has private parking near the entrance, and the 150-meter dirt road is well-maintained. It is very easy to access.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Is there a luggage storage service for the last day?
The maximum check-in time is at 5:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Two hours of daily cleaning (except Sundays) are included. If more hours are required, they can be arranged as an extra service.
The villa requires a security deposit, which can be paid via bank transfer or in cash.
