The nearest town is Sant Francesc, 4 km away. It offers a lively atmosphere and all services, as well as some of the best restaurants on the island.

In general, prices are mid-range.
The minimum stay is 6-7 nights.
However, check availability, as we may have some openings.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, check-in and check-out cleaning.
They do not include the Formentera eco-tax.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To book, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
20% 60 days before arrival.
50% 3 days before arrival.
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
After this period, deposits are non-refundable (except for force majeure cancellations: pandemics, border closures…)
A security deposit is required.

The two 2-bedroom houses each have one air conditioning unit in the living room.

If I rent bikes or scooters, how can I transport my luggage to the house?
By booking with Formentera Natural your accommodation + scooters/bikes, you don’t have to worry about this.
We will meet you at the port and take care of transporting your luggage* to the accommodation. Likewise, you can count on this service on your departure day.

What are the check-in and check-out times? Is there luggage storage available for the last day?
Check-in is scheduled for 5:00 PM, and check-out at 11:00 AM.
However, we always try to be flexible with these times, depending on arrivals and departures.
By booking with Formentera Natural, you will always have access to a luggage storage service for the last day of your stay.

Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning check-in and check-out cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are included.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included, as it is a tax applied in the Balearic Islands.

We believe this accommodation is a great option for a group of 3 families with children.
The swimming pool is a big plus, along with the large outdoor space where they can play and enjoy nature.
You also have access to a washing machine, which is very convenient when traveling with little ones.
