The complex features a mini-market for basic shopping, a cafeteria, and nearby there are several options for beach bars such as Kiosko Ca Mari and Kiosko Karai (formerly Kiosko 62). A bit further away, a wooden walkway along the beach leads to Amagatai (formerly Lucky) or the iconic Blue Bar.
Being located right in the center of the island, it is very easy to reach any of the island’s main points by car, bike, or scooter. For example, San Francesc or the tourist village of Es Pujols (both just 5 km away). Es Caló is 6 km away, and Ses Illetes is 9 km away.
There is a bus stop in front of the complex that can take you to La Mola, La Savina, or Es Pujols.

In general, prices are budget-friendly, and attractive discounts are available in low seasons. The price-quality ratio is very appealing.
The minimum stay is 4-5 nights, depending on the dates.
Rates include taxes, bed linens, towels, and initial and final cleaning.
Towel change and light cleaning (excluding the kitchen) every 2 days. Bed linens are changed every 4 days.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before arrival.
-If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 31 days before the arrival date, no charges will apply.
-If you cancel or modify your reservation between 30 and 11 days before arrival, 30% of the total stay will be charged.
-If you cancel within 10 days before arrival or do not show up, the full stay will be charged.
-No cancellation fees will be applied if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Migjorn Beach is just 450 m away via a paved path.
In front of the beach, there is a wooden walkway that runs along Migjorn in both directions, allowing access to beach bars without having to walk on the sand.

The complex has a reception area for luggage storage, available both upon arrival and departure. Guests can also enjoy the common areas, the pool, and the café.

Our prices are all-inclusive, with no surprises. Cleaning upon arrival and departure, taxes, electricity, bed linens, towels, and access to the pool are all included.

There you will find Super Ca Marí with basic essentials; however, it is recommended to go to one of the villages for major grocery shopping (for better variety and prices).
Regarding restaurants, the most notable in the area are: Real Playa (rice dishes and seafood by the sea), Kiosko Ca Mari – delicious, simple, and reasonably priced – and South Formentera Beach (Mediterranean cuisine).
A short walk away, we also recommend the beachfront restaurant Sa Platgeta, with a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy seafood and rice dishes at great prices.
A must-visit at sunset is Chiringuito Amagatai (formerly Kiosko 62), the perfect spot to watch the sunset with great music and ambiance.

Do I need a vehicle?
It is always recommended to have a vehicle in Formentera if you want to explore all the villages and beaches on the island.
You may find that most days you won’t need to go far since you have both the pool and the beach very close. However, if the wind is coming from Migjorn, it is best to visit the beaches on the other side of the island, such as Es Pujols or Illetes.
