We invite you to inquire about rates via email, as they vary depending on the booking anticipation, number of guests, and availability.
In general, the prices for this accommodation are of a superior category.
The minimum stay is between 5 and 7 nights, depending on the dates.
However, feel free to ask, as we may have some available openings.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and daily cleaning.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To book, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations made up to 90 days before arrival have no penalty.
From 89 to 31 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking amount.
After this period, 100% of the booking will be charged.
Flexibility will be provided to reschedule the dates if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

This exclusive house has air conditioning in all its bedrooms.
Does the villa have sea views?
Even though the villa is in the center of Formentera, it is located on an elevation. It has sea views from the first floor and slightly less from the pool area.
What you can see is Es Vedrà in Ibiza and the surrounding sea, precisely where the sun sets, making the sunsets truly spectacular.
Check-In and Check-Out? What if I arrive early on the island?
The check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
If you arrive early on the island, we offer a free luggage storage service at the Formentera port for our guests, where you can leave your bags and change clothes.
At departure time, if your flight is later in the day, you can also use this service.
Is everything included in the Formentera Villa price?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning arrival and departure cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are included.
This villa also includes daily cleaning in the price.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included, as it is a mandatory tax collected upon arrival in the Balearic Islands.
Among all the villa options in Formentera, is this a good choice for families or groups of friends?
Villa Caro Gio is fantastic for both a group of couples and a family.
All beds are double, so it would not work as well for a group of friends.
Each room is independent and has a bathroom (some also have direct access to a private porch).
The house is ideal for sharing moments in the communal areas such as the swimming pool and lounge, but without compromising on privacy in each bedroom.
It is very important to note that the upstairs bedroom is accessed via a very artistic but not very comfortable staircase. It is not recommended for children or elderly people.
What restaurants or services are nearby?
In this Villa in Formentera, supermarkets and main restaurants are just a 5-minute drive away, as the main service hub is in San Francesc. However, for groceries, you can request the extra option of “Delivery to your accommodation,” so you arrive to a fully stocked fridge.
The variety of restaurants and bars (or cafés) is extensive in San Francesc itself. Here you will find island classics such as Can Carlos, Cana Pepa, Platé, Es Mares, and Cana Joana.
