La Casita is where the kitchen and the cozy dining area are now located, maintaining nearly intact its traditional exposed stone walls.
In the new section, directly connected to the pool, the living room and the 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have been built, offering stunning views of the countryside.
Without a doubt, the villa is designed for a group of couples. However, a family will also feel perfectly comfortable here.

Fantastic 270 m2 villa, combining a newly built modern section with the old construction that was the first house on the estate (La Casita).
It includes:
4 double bedrooms, all with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and private outdoor access.
In total, there are 5 bathrooms (4 of them en-suite), with a shower and hairdryer.
Spacious living room, with sofa and TV.
Dining room, located in the old section of the house, with beautiful exposed stone walls.
Kitchen, equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, Italian coffee maker and Nespresso, kitchenware, toaster, juicer, kettle, etc.
The equipment is completed with an iron, wi-fi, TV, washing machine, fans, and BBQ.
Outside, with a wide landscape, a fantastic swimming pool with its solarium area and sun loungers.

The minimum stay is 6-7 nights, depending on the dates.
However, feel free to ask us, as we may have some availability gaps.
Prices include taxes, sheets, towels (also for the swimming pool), and cleaning upon arrival and departure.
Change of towels is included every 3-4 days, and sheets every 7 days.
Cleaning during the say is not included, however, it can be requested as an extra service.
Prices do not include the Formentera eco-tax.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
However, if the client informs us of their inability to occupy the property and it is re-rented (with the client’s authorization), the new booking will entitle the client to compensation for the days successfully re-rented.
In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will be applied if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).
